A classic Richmond. Clean, functional and efficient, with a very good mixed Japanese and western breakfast buffet. Very well located - right next to the Narita (town) station which is an easy 5 minute train trip from the airport. Then very easy to go back to the airport to head into Tokyo if you are arriving. Coming from Melbourne with...

Clean, quiet, well equipped rooms and reliable wifi. Good for anyone who needs to stay near Narita airport for an early morning flight, I can't see you'd use it as a destination/holiday hotel. We used the hotel's free airport shuttle service with no dramas. Didn't try the hotel's restaurant which looked fine but a bit pricey - instead we walked...

What a pleasant surprise. Larger then usual Japanese hotel room in this price range. Small things like towels and slippers were much better quality then the ones I had in a 5 star hotel earlier in week v My next trip to Tokyo will definitely include this hotel and just take the train in to the city. I must also...

The hotel is easily reached from Narita International Airport by Narita or Keisei rail lines. Only two stops for 260 Yen, which is a bargain. Rooms are small by North American standards, but still comfortable and very clean. Beds are on the hard side, but the hotel is relatively quiet for being so close to a train station. Staff are...

The rooms are quite big for Japan. The hotel can be reached by local train from Narita airport. A free hotel shuttle to Terminal 1 and 2 is also offered. Hotel is clean and modern - nothing to complain about. One thing: you cannot pay the hotel bill at the check-in counter. You need to use the machines on the...

We had a 24 hour layover at Narita, and just wanted a nice place to stay. The hotel and surrounding area turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. If you walk up the hill and through the train station there are some very local and Japanese areas. There is a good area of bars and restaurants...

The price was good, the location is excellent. So much better and more to do that the main airport hotels, you are in the heart of Narita so you may as well explore something on a nights stay. The staff are polite and the hotel is spotless. The rooms are typical for an airport hotel, these one were just a...

If you're flying into Narita for the start of a Japan trip it's worth considering staying in the Narita area for the night, especially if you get in late. We did, and stayed at the Richmond Hotel Narita. Service was really good, the room was small and the bed was a bit hard. But it was conveniently located and there...

Location Super convenient, less than 5 min walk to station. Don't need to wait for hotel airport shuttle. Convenience store is just opposite and there are many restaurants nearby. Room Tight but sufficient for just one night stay. Adequate and standard amenities. Breakfast Pretty decent Japanese and western spread.

Stayed here for 2 nights with party of 6 people (2 kids and 4 adults). Rooms were nice, but a bit small for European standards. Location is great as it is close to most of the cosy Narita Town. We had a very nice dining experience at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Helpful staff, and great food. The breakfast was...
