It is a short walk from the train station. The entrance is a little strange as it is large wooden doors, which actually open automatically. Check in was flawless. The elevators are protected with your door key, but only going up. They organized me for the morning shuttle, (free) However, you must know your terminal. The shuttle driver does not...

I stayed for one night upon my arrival to Japan before heading out to Nagano. There is a hotel shuttle that takes approx 20 mins and was an 8 min walk to Narita Station the next morning Bed was comfortable, bathroom a good size, standard small size room so you wouldn't fit a lot of luggage Only disappointment was the...

Lovely little hotel with buffet breaky great for a 1 night stopover. Rooms are quite small which is expected In Japan. Breaky had a small variety but was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but was ok. Free shuttle to and from the airport which was a must for us!

We had a five day stay coming out of Myanmar. Rooms in Tokyo were small and expensive - so we stayed here and took day trips into Tokyo. This hotel is set up for business travellers- it has all the amenities and is very clean. It is very close to two train stations and offers free airport shuttle.

As title, stayed at this hotel for one night layover flight. Hotel provide free shuttle service, always book ahead and check with hotel with schedule. Check in service is smooth, English friendly. The location is excellent close to a small shopping centre (Aeon town) for supermarket and electronic or clothes shop.

Stayed here for 1 night prior to leaving on our flight home the next morning and had a great stay! Definitely had the largest room out of all our hotels in Japan and was the cheapest. When checking in I found out I made a mistake booking a single room instead of a double, but the staff were accommodating and...

Check the Hotels own website for promotions which sometimes include breakfast. Our double room was small, however had space to access both sides of the bed; in many Japanese double rooms the bed is placed flush against one wall. Clean rooms, good linen, electric hot water jug and mugs for tea. Excellent bathroom amenities, the fragrant herbal body wash and...

First time to Narita. Easy to find from the train station if you go out the East entrance. Shuttle service was flawless. Room is small but functional. Next time I would probably skip the breakfast and go find something in town but it was raining when I was there, so it was good enough. I would definitely return.

The Richmond served its purpose. Great location close to the station and the man street, airport drop off the next day was really great. The room was small but manageable, aircon and shower worked great. Staff were not super friendly, but they were helpful.
