My wife and I were staying overnight and will fly in the morning. Not a big room but it had everything we needed i.e. Queen size bed, hot shower, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner , body soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. We had a rental car. They have a parking tower that kept all cars in a carousel. Must see to believe. Will...

Stayed for three comfortable nights. The Richmond hotel is a great place to stay before heading off to the airport or a great place from which to view the often overlooked Narita area. It has compact rooms which are clean and efficient and serves up a great breakfast. It is a bargain! It is a short walk to both the...

We stayed here after 15 hours of flying rather than go straight into Tokyo, room was clean, simple and had everything needed, bonus point for the multi charging cord for our iPhones (but would also charge android etc). Loses a point for breakfast as we found it very average & many dishes were cold.

I travel extensively throughout the world, however most of the time in the USA. I cannot recall ever saying that a hotel was perfect but this is a good description of our stay at the Richmond Hotel Narita. We arrived late in the evening and quickly received a key from a helpful agent. We found the hotel as well as...

A classic Richmond. Clean, functional and efficient, with a very good mixed Japanese and western breakfast buffet. Very well located - right next to the Narita (town) station which is an easy 5 minute train trip from the airport. Then very easy to go back to the airport to head into Tokyo if you are arriving. Coming from Melbourne with...

Clean, quiet, well equipped rooms and reliable wifi. Good for anyone who needs to stay near Narita airport for an early morning flight, I can't see you'd use it as a destination/holiday hotel. We used the hotel's free airport shuttle service with no dramas. Didn't try the hotel's restaurant which looked fine but a bit pricey - instead we walked...

What a pleasant surprise. Larger then usual Japanese hotel room in this price range. Small things like towels and slippers were much better quality then the ones I had in a 5 star hotel earlier in week v My next trip to Tokyo will definitely include this hotel and just take the train in to the city. I must also...

The hotel is easily reached from Narita International Airport by Narita or Keisei rail lines. Only two stops for 260 Yen, which is a bargain. Rooms are small by North American standards, but still comfortable and very clean. Beds are on the hard side, but the hotel is relatively quiet for being so close to a train station. Staff are...

The rooms are quite big for Japan. The hotel can be reached by local train from Narita airport. A free hotel shuttle to Terminal 1 and 2 is also offered. Hotel is clean and modern - nothing to complain about. One thing: you cannot pay the hotel bill at the check-in counter. You need to use the machines on the...

We had a 24 hour layover at Narita, and just wanted a nice place to stay. The hotel and surrounding area turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. If you walk up the hill and through the train station there are some very local and Japanese areas. There is a good area of bars and restaurants...
