Only stayed the one night but they are currently offering free use of a smart phone. Free calls and internet local and os. Room medium by Japanese standards. Close to railway station. Nice sleep except for the earthquake. Recommended.
Hotel was nice; rooms decent; business style hotel; location was decent; nearby bus station and a couple izakayas; nearby Aeon Town Center shopping mall; staff at front desk at checkout was very rude; had a standoffish attitude; would not recommend to others except if desperate;...More
Stayed here post-cruise (really an quasi-ocean liner crossing) for an early flight out of NRT. The plus with this hotel is that it is located very close to the 2 rail lines and also has a complimentary shuttle (though not very frequent).

I stayed here for 1 night when I had a morning flight out of Narita the next day. I am heartened to report that this hotel has the great service and value that characterized my previous experiences with Richmond Hotels in other cities. This location...More
One person, staying one night; room was spotless as was the bathroom. Shower had good water pressure and was a good size(room itself was very small but that was expected). Toilet had more options than my first car, and I'll note that my car still...More

The Richmond is a short and easy walk to both train stations in Narita. The Keisei line station which you can use to leave the airport is just across the street and down a couple hundred feet from the hotel. The JR (East Japan Railway) station is also a very short walk away. It is on the opposite side of the Keisei platform so it's a little farther from the Richmond Hotel but it is still very easily accessed. There are a couple of other hotels just slightly closer to the train stations but I'm not sure that they are better options. My personal experience having stayed at the Richmond multiple times over the past year has always been fantastic.
