This hotel really value for money, good for transit! Near to airport, have free shuttle every hour and also shuttle to JR Narita Station and Aeon Mall. Hotel condition is clean but a little old. Far from town. No attraction nearby. But absolutely excellent for transit. Most of the occupant here are groups of tourist and cabin crews.

This is a comfortable airport hotel at a reasonable price. It shows its age but is in good condition. Bed was comfortable and temperature control worked. The room lacked electrical outlets by the bed to charge my phone and other devices. Only one outlet at the desk. Internet available through provided cable in desk drawer. Electric kettle available to boil...

Basic accommodations provided by JAL for our overnight in Narita. Knew what to expect going in from reading up past reviews and pictures.Located very close to the vicinity of the airport and has timely shuttle service to and fro. It is an old and outdated property for sure but has the basics. Bathroom was small with low ceiling, not very...

With a late landing at Narita airport, we decided to save a little money and stay near the airport for our first night in Japan. The shuttle is super easy to find, and comes through every 30 minutes. The hotel has a bag service to carry your bags from the shuttle to your room. US visitors, no tipping in Japan....

I was en route to the Philippines when I was told boarding my flight was a no go. Different story. The airline I fly set me up here no charge, provided a food voucher and transportation (bus). Never visiting Japan before I kept my expectations in check and really just looked to rest before getting on the plane the next...

Stayed here due to flight cancellation, provided for free by UA, with dinner and breakfast. Normally around a 100$C per night. After getting the voucher from UA, went in line for pick up at NRT...good thing I was in the front of the bus (a big tour bus), given the bus was full of stranded passengers, and I got checked...

Hotel is near the airport, so not close to much. But, this place has everything you need. You don't need to leave for anything. Good restaurants, good staff (especially Steve at the front desk), good fitness center. Transportation to downtown. It's all good.

Great airport hotel if flying in or out of Narita. We have stayed there before and will do again. Nice buffet dinner and breakfast with timely shuttles to and from the airport. My parents stated with us and enjoyed it too.

I write this review to say 'Thank You' to all the staff at this hotel for making my first visit to Tokyo so special. It is such a lovely hotel to visit with very many rooms, yet so calm and tranquil. The hotel has a lovely garden area, which is well maintained and is like a little oasis in which...

We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport and the shuttle bus service it offered to catch an early flight the next day. The hotel is fine for transit purpose, but has started showing it's age and needs some update to bring it to par. Carpet dated, room color scheme uninspiring, a/c not working well. For the...
