First impressions are important. From the start, it was chaos with the numerous Asian tour groups forcing their way onto the bus! Driver clearly lost it and began raising his voice. No control. No professionalism. No good start. Check-in was not that much better. While my room was a very expensive one, I found out that it was a smoking...

Stayed in a family room, was a very spacious room with four beds and a central sitting area. Free breakfast was actually quite comprehensive, though many tourists with tour groups will be there. Nice rustic design of the lobby with a sweet vintage car on display. Staff were helpful and courteous. Do note that renovation is ongoing next door. However,...

If you are coming in late or leaving early this is a great place to stay at 6800 yen a night. Our room was big and had a full size bath but unfortunately no electric toilet seat. Room was worn and everything is a bit neglected plus the bed is really solid so not the most comfortable. This may all...

We stayed our last night in Japan. Near Narita Airport. Free shuttle service to and fro Airport/Hotel. The room was clean..comfy bed and pillows.. Spacious room. It is a plus especially in Japan to get a big sized room...So yeah..We're happy :) Unlike other hotels or cafes which comes with the famous Japan toilet electronic seat with washlet and all...

There are free shuttle buses from and to Terminal 1,2 and 3. No convenient store close by, so you might have to have dinner before checking in otherwise you have to walk quite a distance to 7-11. There are lots of vending machines at lobby though.

I was staying in this hotel due to easy to transit and awaiting flight in Narita airport. The hotel is located just beside the arrival hall. However to go to this hotel, it takes around 20mins and there is a shutter bus FOC at the arrival hall stand. However, to reach the airport from the hotel only takes 5 mins....

This is a transit hotel indeed.. Nothing here.. not much in the surrounding area.. I arrived around 21:00.. only 7-Eleven was available.. there were some small restaurants but mostly closed at that time.. I have stayed with different Toyoko Inn chains in Japan.. and this hotel has the most spacious room so far and also a western style bath tub.....

Nice hotel, but many things need to change if I should stay there again. Convenient location near Narita airport, but that`s about it. Single glass sheet windows, meaning the planes taking off and landing will not let you sleep. No restaurant, no bar available (arrived about 21.30). No wi-fi available at all (although they boast free wi-fi). Personnel could use...

We stayed in multiple Toyoko Inns and this was the largest by far. The shuttle was fast and easy. We ate a well priced dinner at the hotel the evening before we left. The rooms were a bit dated but very spacious. We had plenty of room at a fraction of the cost of other hotels. The front desk staff...

“Our triple non-smoking room was on the 4th floor at the end of a hallway. We can't remember the room number, and since the hotel did not provide us a receipt we can't look it up. Not to be snide, but honestly, if budget is a major factor, try to get into an airport capsule hotel instead of this place. Its just not taken care of and the business practices seem circumspect.”
