Queen bed. ¥1000 taxi fare from the Keisei station which is is just opposite Narita Station. No shinkansen available from Ueno station. Only a local train (rapid train which is like the MRT in the Philippines). No seat reservation available but is also covered by JR pass. 75min rapid train ride from Ueno to Narita station. 9th floor is the...

We stayed here for 1 night. I loved their beds, they were comfortable. The room was nice, decent and clean. There's a fee for WiFi in the room. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, which offers a discount to those who are staying there. The buffet spread is nice. The hotel is a 20 minute bus ride from the Narita...

The Hotel and staff were very hospitable and friendly. the breakfast buffet included if you select that when you book is a good idea. You get a nice variety of choices to eat from light to heavy. The breakfast menu is the same everyday, but the variety of choices doesn't hurt specially if you're there for just a few days....

This hotel was probably very nice at one time, but today it really needs to be updated. That said, it's still very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's close to the Narita airport, and many airline crews stay here on their layovers.

A very clean and tidy room with good toilet amenities. Nice shampoo and shower gel. It is very close to the airport and there are shuttle buses from the hotel to narita station and aeon center. I took taxi from the airport to the hotel but I am pretty sure there's a shuttle bus to the hotel. Staff is nice...

Rooms are typical Japanese: basic, sterile but functional. The beds are way too hard. I thought about laying on the floor - it probably would have been softer. The restaurant in the hotel is okay but, they seem to cater more for external visitors than hotel guests. More often than not, I am told no seats available unless I book...

The staff are really nice and several of them speak decent english. The hotel has an ok exercise facility and laundry facilities are available. The tv has a just a few english channels. The restaurant is ok. The nice thing is the bus that goes at multiple times each day to downtown and to the mall. There is a 24...

The front desk staff are very professional and accommodating. The rooms are a nice size more on line with American standards. Extras are included: toothbrush, soap, shower cap, hairbrush, lotions etc. Japanese Yukata (robe) with slippers also provided! All rooms have refrigerator and Japanese tea. FREE WiFi in the lobby. $11 for 24hrs in room. The BEST is the Mini...

This hotel is consistent in that it is fit for purpose. The staff are very polite & helpful, the rooms are basic but comfortable - nice to be able to open a window for once! - and the journey time from the airport very short. Great free shuttle bus service into town for food and to the mall for shops...

Free shuttle from airport was great - service was friendly and welcoming especially the restaurant, we walked in late and still happy to serve us - breakfast is a little underwhelming but not terrible. Room clean and quite big! Would definitely stay here again :)
