We had a room overlooking the airport and watching the planes line up for landing at sunrise was mesmerizing. Windows are double glazed so it was very quiet. The food at the restaurant was of great quality and size. The hotel itself is very tired and in need of a good refurbishment.

We stayed here last minute as we could not get on our flight home, it is in the same vicinity as the airport(walking distance). They also provide a shuttle service to and from the airport which was very handy when you have suitcases to cart around. The hotel staff were very lovely. Although they're was a little language barrier, they...

Stayed in this hotel for one night in January, as we had a late arrival in Japan. The price is ok for what you get, just a bed for the night, the restaurant is OK food was nice. This is exactly what the name says, Rest house, nothing more. I would stay again

I flew into Tokyo from the US and had a flight the next morning to Guam so I wanted to spend the night in a close hotel to the airport. This hotel is listed as the only hotel in Narita airport. Not entirely correct, it is not in the airport proper, you have to take a shuttle bus from the...

This hotel - straight out of the Twilight Zone - is extremely convenient in terms of getting to Narita Airport for your early morning flight the next day. The staff are totally professional and business-like in their efficiency of getting you the keys to your room in a most expeditious way. The hotel’s architecture and decor appear not to have...

We chose to stay here for one night because we had an early flight out. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport terminals to the hotel but we missed the last bus. The taxis were not willing to take us because it was too near and the hotel staff was not helpful over the phone. One of the...

This hotel is conveniently located near Narita Airport with free shuttle bus service. It is ideal for late arrival during the night and early morning departure. Room rate is very reasonable. Room is spacious in Japanese standard. I was assigned a room at the end of the corridor so it was pretty quiet; not much noise from the corridor. Check-in...

The hotel matched the reviews to I had read on TripAdvisor - functional, no nonsense, with basic amenities and no frills. It does a good job of providing basic accommodation at a decent price at a very convenient location. Just outside the airport and with complementary shuttle and breakfast, it's good value for money for transit accommodation. Shall stay again...

We arrived from China in the evening, and needed a place to stay over in Narita, before heading to Sendai the following morning. The accommodations were modest, the room tidy (not clean, clean, but swept and clean sheets). The on-site restaurant had decent ramen. The incredible thing about this place is the location. We missed our shuttle in the morning,...
