This was the last of our four hotels in Japan and several others in another trip, but the one with the biggest language barrier. The front desk staff spoke English but nearly all signage throughout the hotel was in Japanese only. It took us 15 minutes to find the breakfast room - an overpriced buffet in the banquet hall (very...

This is a nice hotel for just a 1 night stay before you fly out. We took the 1000yen bus from Tokyo station which was much more convenient than catching a train then bus. The room is small but clean. Nice queen size bed, pjs and many toiletries. The buffet breakfast was ok. Nothing flash but should be something for...

Corridor carpets were very worn and dirty. Bathroom door was coming off its hinges. When I pulled on the towel rail to close the door it came off in my hand. Wardrobe door took all my strength to open.

Their was no ventilation in the room and it was incredibly hot and stuffy. I wanted to sleep in the air-conditioned hallway but was persuaded back in with the use of a very old fan. I couldn't be moved because reception said no rooms had ventilation. There was a portable air-cleaner in the room but it just recycles the same...

This is a good hotel for a brief layover. Its has a free shuttle to and from airport. Ask at the information desk for directions. Room was adequate. Restaurant was OK. Staff friendly and efficient. I arrived late and left early so cannot comment on other aspects.

It is possible to get a great short-stay rate, if you check out at 6am. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport that operates a few times each hour. There is a convenience store which stays open quite late right on the first floor of the hotel.

Compared to typical Japanese welcome and courtesy - this place is very average with a very tick box mentality. They are efficient. Our room was large but again compared to many other locations we stayed this was basic just about fit for purpose when looked at from a Japanese standards perspective

After the long flight, I was looking forward dipping into onsen. My plan charged me extra 1000 yen to use onsen facility, but it was worth it. They gave me another ticket allows me to go back to onsen next morning. Easy access from narita airport riding hotel shuttle bus. I will stay there again.
