There were three of us traveling, and the room felt a little small with the bed, but since we were only there to sleep, it didn't bother us too much.
I was glad that the room had a separate bath rather than a unit bath type room.
Amenities were also provided, so we could enjoy the spa almost empty-handed, which was really comfortable for us after being tired from walking around Disney.

The hot springs were accessible as long as she was out of diapers, so my daughter enjoyed going in too.
There was a free shuttle bus to Maihama Station, which took only 5-10 minutes and ran 3-5 times per hour, which was great.
I'll definitely use it again when I come to Disneyland.

I was told to come pick it up by 9:30pm the next day, so when I went there around 9:25pm, I was like, ``Oh! I'm going to make it now. You can wait here, or you can go back to your room and pick it up.'' I was quite irritated, but I managed to bear it.
Of course, there was no apology for forgetting to order.
At the front desk, I had to take the items I bought at the store to the front desk, and even though there were more than 10 people waiting at the checkout, there was no front staff, but no one answered for more than 10 minutes. I just kept waiting. I felt like it was impossible.
When cleaning the room, the newly purchased napkins were thrown away, and the sheets that were replaced had holes in them.
I will never stay there again.
It was the lowest ranked hotel.

In the hot springs here, there is cold water apart from the water bath for sauna,
There is a cool sensation (around 30°C to 32°C) that is lower than body temperature
I liked it...but lately, the temperature control seems sloppy.
For "cold water" with the aim of healing the body that has lit from the heat caused by this year's extreme heat.
I went, but the temperature was over 35 degrees Celsius, and there was no cooling sensation at all
I was disappointed to find that it was just "lukewarm water".
Actually, the same thing happened when I went last month (August), and it just so happened that there was an adjustment on that day.
I was wondering if it was just not done… but it wasn’t!

The check in process was a little long and only a few reception staff members understood English (not fluently). Our room was western-sized and had a traditional Japanese bath room. There was also a large balcony (no balcony furniture). The beds, despite first impression, were actually quite comfortable. The room does however need a serious upgrade in decor, especially if they want to be ranked as a 4 star hotel. Spa robes and slippers were provided for us to wear to the bathhouse.
They hotel does provide a shuttle to DisneySea and DisneyLand, but only up to a certain time. We decided to walk instead to DisneySea, which was an easy 20minute walk.
Check out is at 10AM. You can extend your stay but at an hourly cost. The onsite breakfast buffet also ended at 10AM so unfortunately we didn't make it. Good news is that after you check out, you can still use the bathhouse at a discounted rate. Since our flight wasn't until later, we took full advantage of that fact and also enjoyed a delicious lunch in spa restaurant. Great soba!
On our last day, we met Raymond Tanaka, a recent hire who used to live in Washington. The hotel is trying to become more westerner-friendly in preparation for 2020 Olympics. He is fluent in English so ask for him if you need assistance. His level of customer service was 5+ stars. He helped us reserve a cab and even asked the cab driver to wait for us when we were running late.
A great spot for a relaxing time so close to Tokyo.
Room was the largest we’ve had in Japan and the hot tub with balcony view was a plus. We didn’t use the spa amenities but they were available.
Definitely a great deal when visiting Disney.
