We are an American family of 4 who had never been to Japan before. We stayed here for a week. We spent 4 days at Tokyo Disneyland and 2 days exploring Tokyo. We stayed in a "Grande Room". We booked through Booking.com and paid $1500 USD for 7 nights. Pros: 1. The Grande Room was huge even by american standards....

We stayed at the family room with 5 beds in the room. The room is well maintained. Although it is out-dated and the bathroom is old, it is clean and neat. Toiletries are provided generously. The foot massage is great after a long tiring day. Very thoughtful. The only thing needs improved is the shuttle bus to the disney parks....

I choose economy double room, and the room still have more space than double room in Tokyo downtown. Breakfast buffet is great, varieties of food to choose from Japanese and western styles....

Stay for three nights, and it was great for families. Not good for business. The room was okay. Clean. Checking time is not so great cause from 15:00. There are shopping centres and train station front of the hotel. Nice buffet.

The Hotel room we stayed in was very clean, the location is perfect because it is right next to the train station and shopping centre, therefore convenient for lunch and dinner. Lastly, FREE SHUTTLE BUS that comes every 10 minutes direct to Disneyland! P.s The bus ride to Disneyland took 10 minutes.

The Hotel is pleasant enough, the location is just perfect for a quick transfer to Disney too and much cheaper than the Disney Hotels. Breakfast is a bit of a strange mix of different food (minestrone soup / burgers / eggs/ fruit / chips) but did the job nicely.

If you plan on going to Disneyland, this is the perfect hotel for you. It has free shuttle going to and from Disneyland. Very clean, very comfortable to stay, spacious room, great view plus it is connected to Shin-urayasu Train Station. Plus it has a convenient store at the 2nd floor. I really enjoyed our stay here, superb!

This is my second night of a 3 night stay.I paid 50,000 yen for 3 nights for a twin room for 2 people through booking.com, room only. My first impression was negative. The hotel caters mainly for Japanese guests and English support is very patchy. After checking in, I asked to have some jeans laundered. After an initial misunderstanding due to language difficulties,...
