Very nicely maintained, traditional Japanese-style rooms made our stay (first night in Japan) really special. Hot baths and excellent Japanese breakfast topped the experience. A small, family run ryokan. The location is very nice if you want to get around Hakone area, only a few minutes to the next train or bus station. Very friendly staff - that doesn't speak nor understands english but somehow manages to be helpful...More
