Nice place but definitely not the right season. Everything was closed. Hotel hot spring (hotel natural spa) was closed in the morning and in the afternoon they asked us a fee because we already checked out. Not really a great service

1. half board means you will get breakfast and also dinner (saikesei or japanese set menu for dinner). The set menu is value for money and very delicious, make sure to try warm sake as well. it is very helpful to order half board meals since there is no reataurant near to the hotel.
2. Dinner only served in the restaurant
3. I dont think they will respond to the email since the hotel staff are not really good in english, and the receptionists are available within working hour only after 6 or 7pm the person on duty is only a security. so make sure to check in before 4pm. I booked private toilet room but the toilet was not so clean (have strong urine smell) and they dont have cleaning service after 2pm, its good that it was low season so they transfer us to the room next door.
One thing that you should know is this hotel has very strict check in and check out hour, too early dinner as well at 6pm
The view from the hotel veranda is awesome. if you only stay for a night make sure that you will check in earlier to enjoy the nice view. this place is really peaceful and its good to recharge your mind.
have a great time
