Nice mountain view at the balcony, nice hot spring. I love the massage chair. A bit old but pretty neat. Vending machine for food and drinks are available and some stuffs are cheaper here than the vending machine outside.

The hostel is near to the Naka-Gora Station. It's just about 2 mins walking distance from the station. The room looked a little bit old but clean and neat. The hot spring is excellent and 24 hrs opening. The staff are nice and helpful.

The location is near the station. The staff can talk in English. There is a good hot spring with mountain view, which is available in 24 hours. WiFi is only available at lobby, but heater is very weak there. The food is normal, so you can reserve the room without dinner and finish it outside.

Let me tell you, most foreigners who are giving good ratings to this place on Trip Advisors are obviously not familiar with Japan and the quality of its accomodations. The place is old, barely clean, needs SERIOUS renovations. The price asked is a rip off. My Japanese BF hated the place the minute we entered, and I was as well...

Nice host and beautiful surroundings! Free coffee and ice cream is a big plus. The rooms were tidy, cosy and spacious. The host were nice and helpful. The onsen were very hot and cleansing. We have nothing to complain about, we would have stayed one more night if we could.

We stayed here as a honeymoon couple for about five days as part of a longer Japan trip. The accommodation is modest, but very comfortable. We were treated to fantastic mountainside views from our room. Free access to the onsen was great and it really helped relax after busy full days sightseeing around Hakone. The staff were very helpful and...

The owner of the hotel is a very king and helpful man. He showed us around when we arrived and helped us order delivery meal for that evening. The rooms are cozy and clean. The beds are really comfortable and we had no other complaints. The onsen is nice hot and relaxing. It was my first Onsen and i am...

I definitely recommend staying here. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious, there's a balcony and an open roof top with breathtaking views. There aren't a lot of restaurants around - something you shouldn't expect in Hakone, you're there for the greenery and nature - which this hotel has awesome solutions for: they work with 3...

We needed a place to stay one night during a short visit to the Hakone area and this seemed to fit the bill and wallet. We were a group of 5 adults that fit comfortably in 2 different rooms though once the futons were laid out things grew tight (no surprise there). The rooms had basic amenities like a traditional...
