I had a great stay at this hotel. I flew into Haneda and didn't want to go into Tokyo since I was traveling to Kyoto the next morning so this was perfect. Yokohama is easy and quick to get to from the airport and the hotel is walking distance from the train station. The staff here were very friendly. The...

We stayed for one night in the Hotel Plumm at the end of our tour of Japan. It was the largest room we had on the entire time in Japan. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and there was good western style diner around the corner. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

The hotel is at walking distance form Yokohama Station is great if you have to get the train but there is nothing around, just a combini. The hotel as most Japanese hotels it's comfortable, sometimes the people working there were not able to speak english so the communication at the beginning has been a bit difficult.

I stayed at the Plumm Hotel for 6 nights, early April 2016. The room was comfortable, and spacious (very spacious by Tokyo standards). Our room was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. Staff were very friendly and offered a helping hand whenever needed. Always someone on who can speak English well. The hotel is in a very convenient location, 7...

We took a van sized taxi from Yokohama station east exit for just over 1000 yen and it's worth it if you have luggage. The hotel is about 8 to 10 min walk from/to Yokohama station. Most of the staff is friendly and breakfast is not buffet and you get to choose from a few options. No free breakfast for...

It's a bit of a trek to the hotel but you go through the fun part of yokohama so don't really notice the walk. I managed to get a very good last minute deal so can't complain too much. Comfy bed and clean room. It has the old style bathrooms all plastic and a small but deep tub. One compliant...

Where to begin. My family had such an awful experience for one night. Staff was clueless and not accommodating. Seemed to put payment first and customer satisfaction last. Everything had to be paid upfront which is not standard. Asked for additional bedding for my daughter and they brought a ripped old blanket. Asked front desk to recommend an authentic Chinese...

Not only was this my first time traveling to Japan, but I traveled alone. The Plumm Hotel is very clean and the staff in accommodating. Make it a point to spend a little extra for their delicious breakfast package. The hotel is literally 4 blocks from the train station and a variety of shopping centers such as the Vivre (also...

All the other Hotels in the area were booked for my stay, and must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were, in fact, suitable for a guy that is 6ft2in (1.97m) tall. The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I only speak English, and they were able to communicate with me very well. There...

I stayed in Hotel Plum for one night when i visited Yokohama. It's tiny (typical size of Japanese "business hotel") but that's what you get for the (good) price. Other than the tiny-ness, not much to complain about. Clean enough, good-looking lobby area, cool-interior, and great location (less than 10 min walk to Yokohama station). If I don't want to...
