The entire hotel was filled with cigarette smell. The front desk was trained to handle locals,(JP) only and having problems with English communication. Try to leave some luggage there for 3 days until my next check in was rejected as their policy only allow them...More
I made the mistake of booking for 2 nights before taking a cruise with my wife. We arrived at the hotel around 11.30 am after flying all night quite tired. We were told we couldn't check in until 2.00 pm. Sat in the small foyer...More

In my opinion, the simplest and most economical way to get to the hotel is to take the Narita Express train to Yokohama and then the Minatomirai subway to the Nihon-odori station. From the subway station, use the Osanbashi exit and the hotel is about a 2 block (less than 5 minute) walk. If you have too much luggage to take on the subway, just take a taxi from the Yokohama train station to the hotel.

We arrived in Narita, and we took the train to Yokohama. Then, we caught a subway to the hotel area. The next morning, we walked to the pier. It was not a long walk. You can walk right into the terminal.
