I booked a room including dinner and breakfast, both of which were buffet style and contained a great selection. You could eat dinner there for a week and never have the same thing twice, such was the selection. I particularly liked the shabu shabu with personal stove. The room was not large, but adequate. There was a large (free) car park at the hotel. Googlemaps will take you via a short toll road (through a tunnel) to get to the hotel, but this is unnecessary and easily avoided. I only used it the first time as I didn't know any better. The alternative road was just as quick. One strange thing is that the hotel wants you to collect tickets for the restaurant, and be allocated a time slot, separately each day. However, if you ask when you check in they can give you all the tickets in one go, avoiding the need to keep going back to reception. I left a couple of items in my room (slopping packing on my part). I contacted them when I realised I had left a charger behind and they agreed to send to my home country. I later realised I had also left a pair of jeans behind, and they also sent those through by post. Amazing service! I would definitely return for the food and the service (unfortunately I didn't have chance to use the onsen, so that could be another reason to return!)…
We booked the room with onsen inside, really comfortable. We got our own massage chair in the room. And there’s this beauty machine with spa function for your face. I enjoyed using this. The amenities are cool (including the l’occitane set). The direct view to kinugawa (the river) is so pretty. There’s haagen dazs ice cream at the dinner buffett (yummy). The yukata provided in this room is so pretty too. The bed & the futon are comfortable. The design of the room is super nice. Plus we got 2 tvs in our room. The staffs are so nice. There’s a game center at the lower floor, there’s a billiard pool too, the public onsens are available at lower floor & upper floor. We got the chance to enjoy the matcha (in the VIP lounge) directly made by the staff when we visited. The design of the hallway to their lounge is so cool too. Overall, I’m satisfied. Keep up the good work👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻…
The hotel is huge with 2 towers. The Japanese style room is spacious and super comfortable. The toilet seat lifts automatically when near and has a night light. The on balcony Onsen pool is v convenient (my mom loves it.) but the public ones are wonderful as well. The hotel comes w/ free parking and allows us to park close to the lobby as my mom uses wheelchair. I highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here for 4 days at the end of a Japan tour. If your on your own with no transport, just be aware you are a train, bus or taxi ride from everything . The hotel food, rooms and staff are excellent. Onsens, well the best we have ever used. All in all top notch. The central atrium and organ music are I our opinion great. Some think not. Certainly makes for a most memorable stay .
Wonderful experience with beautiful Japanese style room and bathroom fitted with running hot spring bathtub. They are also having two public hot spring pool, one in open area on 13th floor. We had private Japanese dinner and food was amazing..stayed for only one night but it will be remember for long...
