I stayed here November 2018, but I was not sure if ai ever go back.... but I did! The second visit was much better and comfortable. I am not sure why but perhaps it was due to the fact that I knew what I can expect from this place! The person next to my cabin was keep making noise but that is also expected to the place such as this place....! Cost performance is good though..!

Thank you for staying at First Cabin Kansai Airport. I am glad that you have returned to our hotel in this place of Japan over one year. Perhaps your comprehension was much higher than the first time, and your stay at ease was linked to your comfort and expectations. If you want a quiet room when you return to this hotel again, we can, but not surely, consider, by your memorandum or notes. I hope I can see you again. First Cabin Kansai Airport

As a transwoman I would not recommend this, if your part of the transgender community. They put me in the male section just because my ID stated that I’m a male. I am pre operated , meaning I undergone operation to look like a real woman. I have to check out earlier just to pee because I feel awkward using the man’s comfort room.

As in the title, this was my very first capsule hotel experience. I had an early flight so I had choose to stay near the airport. And this hotel it's not near. it's inside the airport. I've stayed just for one night, I don't think I can handle more than this. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, quiet and with many comforts. There's an onsen. Showers, numerous bathrooms and a dressing area with every comfort. In the cabin there is also a TV and a compartment in which your keep valuable things. I slept very well, even if the mattress is very stiff. If I have a flight that leaves early or arrives late in Osaka again, I will definitely be back.

I stayed for 1 night ( $80), cabin was bigger than I expected. The cabin had a locker for my valuables. I did like the bathroom and hot tub. I would stay again. It was exceptionally convienient with lots of shops and food around the cabins and so close to the aiport and train. I would stay again.

The location definitely can't be beat and this accommodation offers great value for money. If you arrive at KIX late in the evening or have an early flight, First Cabin is a great place to "rest your head". Staff were lovely and the level of cleanliness was second to none. Each cabin contains a locked bin, "cabin wear", slippers and a set of towels. The "Spa" is equally well stocked and there's no need to panic if you forget your body wash. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the capsule; it was wider and higher than expected and also more comfortable than expected. Nonetheless, I couldn't fall asleep for a good few hours. The earplugs I got at the front desk came in handy but I definitely needed an eye mask because they kept some lights on. At check-in, I was asked about a wake up call and reminded that an alarm is not to be used; however, someone's alarm did go off but they managed to turn it off quickly. IT didn't bother me as I was up already. Early in the morning (a little after 5 am), each seat in the "Spa" was occupied and even after a bit of a wait, none became free so I did everything else I needed to do and then used the sink in the public bathrooms down the corridor after I checked out. First Cabin Kansai is definitely a place I'd use again if the need arises and I will definitely keep an eye out for First Cabin in different locations. By the way, don't forget your headphones since you need to use them to watch television.
