The hotel room is small but is average size among hotels we had stayed in Japan. It is at a nice convenient area near subway station entrance and with many convenient stores nearby. Just one or two subway stop, you could get to the underground mall or Hakata station for many eateries and shopping. The staff was very helpful in... More

This place is underrated. It's a nice hotel and the rooms are not small, especially for Japan. The location is great, the beds are very comfortable and it is Very clean. Staff could be friendlier but they are fine and accomodating. Museum and shopping are close as are cool restaurants like Ore no Kappo on the corner of hotel. Don't... More

Just like other 3 star hotel in Japan, IP hotel is small but tidy. Everything is ok but not expect more than average. Bfast is good with choices of western and Japanese. Very close to metro and 100 yen bus stop.

IP city hotel located closed to exit 5 Nakasu Kawabata Station - Airport(Kuko) Line from airport. It's great location for Riverrain Shopping Mall, Hakataza ( Kabuki Theater) which now show famous One Piece Super Kabuki. Also very close to ICHIRAN ramen head office. We stayed here only 1 night and would recommend and return back again for more kabuki and... More

This hotel is a nice establishment with trendy interior. Check-in staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but adequte for us. Wifi connection in the room was fast and stable. Breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Japanese and Western food. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider staying here next time!

Stayed for one night. Terrible check-in service, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. They did the "blame the computer" act, and couldn't be bothered to provide alternatives. Hotel location is terrible, right next to a rough area with sex-oriented and gambling businesses. Room was tiny. I only had a carry-on luggage, but there was no place to put it.... More

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. Hubby and I reached the hotel at 12 noon on the 1st day. As expected, hotel rejected our request for early check-in and insisted we come back at 3pm. We left our luggage at the reception and went back at 2.50pm, and they allowed us to go to our room by then. Well,... More

We didn't actually stay at the hotel as we stayed opposite at the Best Western. However, we did try the breakfast buffet and it was excellent. The buffet consisted of both western items such as bacon and eggs together with Japanese style offerings. There was basically everything you could ask for. Highly recommended. It is also a great place for... More

Stayed at IP Hotel for a night while backpacking Japan. While not by Fukuoka Station, it is a short train ride away. Get off at the Nakasukawabata station and take the No. 2 exit. From there take a left and another left at the corner to get this hotel. It is just a short walk from the station. This is... More
