Would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, helpful and you could ask them anything and they tried to help you as much as they can. Very generous on shampoo, shower gel etc... breakfast was good . Polite and very friendly.

So impressed in so many ways. Spent three nights with hubby (two probably would have been enough but this meant our visit was leisurely, nothing wrong with that). Cozy boutique hotel, friendly staff very helpful in so many little ways and I loved the little gift presented each day (for women only, sorry guys). One example of the staff's help... More

We stayed here for a night and I ended up getting a severe bout of the flu and ended up needing to go to the hospital. The staff could not have been more helpful in this situation. They called two hospitals for me late at night to ensure that when I got there they would have someone who could speak... More

A very nice, trendy and chic hotel by the Naka River. One of the more spacious rooms I've seen in all my travels across Japan. I like its design, very modern, chic and stylish. The bed is comfortable and you get your washlet and shower. The hotel is very clean and tidy. For me the location is not too ideal... More

I enjoyed staying here, as it was a quick walk to both the main hubs of Hakata and Tenjin. It's not a huge full-service hotel, but rooms are cosy and clean. Lots of nice little touches (e.g. the massage cushion in the room), and located just round the corner from Nakasu for those who want to try the famous Yatai... More

We stayed only one night before catching an early flight from Fukuoka Airport. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. Beds were comfortable, with a massage pillow provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located only 5 minutes walk from Canal City, which has a large selection of shops and restaurants, meant it... More

Get a high-floor room facing the river. The view from both the sleeping/living area and the bathroom is spectacular. English is a little limited, but the staff is charming. The bento box breakfast is delicious, and they were able to accommodate a shellfish allergy. The room we had was huge, with a separate living area overlooking the bright lights of... More

Rates are a bit high but room enough space, TWIN BED is a big and a small bed merger, mini massage to help relieve fatigue. Overall cleanliness is satisfactory, reception fine and nice. Bed a bit soft, 15-30 minutes walking distance from the city center, but the walk can feel the atmosphere in the streets is a good feeling, 10... More

Room size-5/5. Twin rooms have separate foyer space that can be closed off from the bedroom. Cleanliness-5/5. Still relatively new. Location-5/5. 8 mins stroll to canal city. 15mins to hakata and tenjin. Quiet but not remote. Service-5/5. Answered all my questions by email before I arrived. Excellent like how you expect in Japan. No baby cots though, but mine slept... More
