I enjoyed visiting Kumamoto (even though the castle is under construction). This hotel is in a great location and the rooms and hotel atmosphere are really lovely. I will definitely want to stay there again on my next visit.
Stayed a night in a connecting room ( 1 twin + 1 triple). Clean and well appointed hotel. Service was really good and prompt. Location fantastic, just walk a few steps and you are at the sheltered shopping street. The selling point is the location....More

I stayed at this Nikko this month (July). Staff gave me an instruction for emergency lift use. Although he gave me an explanation for the damage in the corner of my room, I wouldn't have realised it without his words. Dining nearby, Kamidori or Shimodori, is fine. Tram line runs as usual. Its stop is just in front of this hotel.
