I am a big fan of toyoko inn hotel member. This hotel just a few steps from jr sasebo station east exit. Passing by the coffee shops, shopping center, department store . I always walk to buy the special discount food in the nearby supermarket at night. It's on sale a lot. so good for staying shopping and relaxing.

It is just 2 mins away from the JR station and you dont even need to cross a road! Clean and tidy as usual as the Toyoko Inn standard. Breakfast has less variety than other toyoko inns. Yet looking at the price and location, its just unbeatable.

This chain of hotels is the best around for value. Comfortable rooms with everything you need - hair dryer, fridge and beautifully compact with plenty of clever storage. Breakfast is included in the rate and you will not find better value anywhere like this in Oz. Toyoko Inns are plentiful in Asia & well worth the stay.

We arrived by train and were glad that the hotel is next to the station. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful although they are not primarily English speaking. The check in time is 4 pm for all Toyoko Inn. Breakfast is provided daily. It is quite delicious. The double room is good size for Japan. The bus station is... More

This hotel was very functional and clean. Perfect for a 2 week trip to the naval base. Only a 25 min walk from the base and across the street from both the train station and the bus station for airport access. It is about 2 hours to the airport by either method. The breakfast in the morning is very basic... More

Modern, crisp, clean Japanese hotel right next to JR train station, in the Sasebo Ekimae area. The lobby area is not large, and is a combined 'front desk' and cafe. The staff is friendly and very polite. I was impressed by the two elevators; very smooth and quiet. Another nice feature was the washers and dryers available for guests. My... More

This hotel was extremely well maintained and user friendly. Washers and dryers were available for extended stays, drink machines in the lobby were plentiful, free water on site, staff was above and beyond (highly professional), and the breakfast very good and simple each morning. The rooms were wifi ready with internet readily accessible. Beds were larger than normal and comfortable.... More

I stayed for three nights. The room was very clean, the free breakfast was excellent and I always slept well. You can ask for pillows if you need any. You can get your robe, shaver and comb in the lobby. My only gripe is the smell of smoke near the entrance, due to the smoking area.

We were recently in Japan again and in Sasebo so, having been here before, the choice of hotel was very simple...and I'm happy to say it's still, “GREAT LOCATION + FRIENDLY STAFF + VERY CLEAN” The hotel is located outside the railway station. At the front of the hotel taxis and many of the bus services stop there or over... More
