This hotel is actually one of the least expensive in Almaty for the location and quality. For the price you pay in this location, do no expect the best, but it has a great mountain view, offers all the amenities of the larger more expensive chains without their cost. The food and Wifi do need major improvements, but this hotel...

Hotel located rather central, difficult checkin and checkout since only one receptionist work at a time. Difficult if you are non Russian speaker. Poor breakfast, food and bar. Rooms and hotel are old fashioned. Surprisingly not cheap! Definitely not recommended.

This hotel is located on the south side of Almaty City Center. I manage to stay on the 10th floor of this floor and it is a suite with sauna. Great interior, spacious room with great mountain view, and nice interior design. The only setback was the shower room was leaking and I have to move to the 9th floor....

It was my first visit to Almary and I was booked in this hotel as the city was full. How wish I never stayed in this hotel. Dirty rooms dirty beds. I never even opened the bed or used the conforter as it was really disgusting. Breakfast is so poor and no choices. I will never stay there again.

2 nights at this hotel. Safe parking and a good location for any adventure. It seemed that I was in the middle of 2 football teams at the time, so it was hectic, but that can happen anywhere :-) Breakfast was average, but there is a couple of good restaurants nearby, and I was there! Rooms are small and far...

Nice looking hotel with new amenities in the room. Pros: location - near to a super market, famous Indian restaurant, easy accessible to city centre, etc. Cons: breakfast, employees attitude, service, etc

Stay away and do not stay. The rooms have white cool disturbing lights instead of warm lights. No water, no coffee, no hangers. Smell of sewer in the bathroom. An unfortunate hotel for Almaty. Better give another 100$ and stay in Rixoa or elsewhere.
