I was there on August. The first good thing is location very near to the center of the city. The staff is good very kind. Room is little bit small and I asked higher floor but they gave me room in 3 floor. Overall expression is good. The bad thing is breakfast the quality of foods was poor and there...

Hotel is good economynoption for stay in Almaty due to low prices but ... My first problem is that wall are thick as paper, i have heard everything from the neighboors room. Second is that staff baerly speaks english, brekfast was aceptable. Generally hotel is ok but nothing special.

Hotel is super hot.... Temperatures wise. There should be AC but it doesn't work and it should not be necessary because outside temp was minus 20 Celsius. The heating was however not manually able to shut off. The view from the room was nice, the staff was OK. Watch out.... If you take an airport shuttle..... Bring cash.

I stayed here for two nights while I was on business trip. The room was average, the bath amenities were fine, the bathrobe was a good extra. There was a confusion with the room upon arrival. They gave me the keys of a room that was not cleaned after the previous guest. But that situation was handled fast and they...

I've stayed at this hotek during August 2015 for a week. The hotel is not of the best ones. The location is average. Not bad connected to other parts of the city. The service should be developed a lot to meet the price range of the hotel. I did not like most - absolutely useless internet connection. It was so...

I have been to this hotel several times in last two years and unfortunatelly the services of the hotel are getting worse and worse. Even if the hotel presents itself as a 4-star hotel and "business" hotel it is definitely one of the worst business hotels I have ever been to. It is for the first time when I have...

Shera hotel tries to be a 4-star hotel, but definitely it is not. I've been here several times and it gets worse and worse. Trouble 1) always the same breakfast with very limited offer. I'm not picky but staying here more than a few days means that it is better to buy your own breakfast elsewhere. Trouble 2) terrible service....

The hotel tries to look like a 4star hotel, but in reality you will find details that will really annoy you. I travel quite a lot in asia and am usually pretty satisfied with average hotel rooms, I do not require luxury. However what Shera offers for its price is definitely not worth it. The rooms are quite ok at...

This is a reveiw for the Shera Inn just across the road of the Shera. Never again. Rooms are smelling moldy. Shower caused over-flooding of the bathroom, water went under the carpeting where mold is developing. Toilet was loose. The carpeting needs a thorough cleaning, it is simply dirty. No tissue box and there is no light switch at the...

The big positive at the Shera is the willingness of the staff to be as helpful as they can possibly be. Nice touches include a big dish of fruit on arrival, and the minibus driver with a great sense of humour. The rooms are quite small and functional, hot water and toiletries were plentiful. Needs more attention to maintenance -...
