I stayed at the Royal Tulip Almaty for a medical conference. The hotel is beautiful and well organised. The staff is very well trained, absolutely available and extremely kind. Rooms are very spacious, furnitures are elegant, bed is very comfy and the linen is impeccable. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the breakfast. In my opinion...

The property is good. Very clean and decent rooms. In fact the rooms are quite large. The bathrooms are also really large. Please carry extra drinking water as the hotel charges very steeply for extra water apart from house water provided. And they provide only 2 small bottles a day.

A weird design where the rooms are truly huge & well appointed. Hotel offers good corporate rates otherwise a bit pricey. Spa has large indoor circular pool. Breakfast buffet was not lacking anything. English spoken. Hotel is located a taxi ride away from the main attractions. Hotel has a limo service.

My wife and I had a couple of tasks to finish in Almaty, and this time we chose the Royal Tulip for our stay. The hotel is rather new, and everything has an air of grandeur. Lobby and halls are very large and spacious, and so was our suite: large bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, and bidet; big anteroom (with...

Stayed for just one night for work and would like to have had longer. The hotel is located about 3km from the centre of the city. It is walkable but all uphill going back to the hotel. The hotel itself is good. The room I was in faced south on the 5th floor and had wonderful views of the snow...

Not the most spectacular hotel I have stayed in, but for the purpose of quick stay for business it does the job. The staff were courteous and were efficient. The rooms were extremely large for a standard deluxe, double what you would get anywhere. The rooms were clean and for a few nights I had no complaints.

Arrived at this hotel and impressed immediately with the lobby, the architecture, the size of the rooms and everything. great service all round and happy to go back again and again and again. The only issue I did have was that I ordered a early morning taxi and was given me a car from where it came God knows who...

This was my first stay at the Royal Tulip and definitely will not be my last. Very helpful staff, especially at reception. Rooms are large and luxuriously appointed. Breakfast offers a large variety of food. And best of all, great views of Medeo and the mountains.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Overall it was ok, just few things that annoyed me. -Room : big and spacey but I could here my neighbors talking and their tv's sound. -Light : they use the light saving type of light on the hallway. It was so creepy when I came out from the lift walking to my room which...
