This hotel needs some attention. Everything is just too old. Right from the Hotel room's door step- A/C,furniture, toilet, the hotel buildings .....everything is just too old. The only good thing I noticed from this Hotel is the friendly environment. The hotel staff are very kind. I checked in very late and had to leave very early because I was... More

This is a great family hotel with various activities for the family . The walk to the beach is amazing with wonderful sculptures all the way to the beach if you choose not to walk to the beach you can choose to take the golf cart . I stayed two nights - December 4 and 5, 2013 - in a standard room in this hotel when touring Malindi. Check in took some time; although I had made a booking by telephone a few days earlier, the check in staffer didn't seem aware and it left me feeling that if it were the high season, with almost all... Stayed here 3 nights. It's not far from the airport, a short walk to many shops and of course a big Nakmatt and a short walk to the sea. There seemed to be some ambitions in the past to make this a really nice hotel but these seem to have been forgotten. The staff are courteous although a bit too... More

The hotel is far from the beach, needs major maintenance works and the food is at best mediocre. The music is too loud during dinner and breakfast and I spent one of my worst nights in 12 years in Kenya there. The mosquito net seemed to be designed to keep them in instead of out and I was sucked dry... More

I stayed at Eden Roc for 6 nights. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel manager is great! The food was good, the rooms were clean, and the pools were lovely. The town of Malindi is safe and clean. You can walk the main street after dark without any issues. I would definitely stay here again and bring more... More
