My first stay at Capri JB & it was a very pleasant one indeed! Loved the room size and overall functionality of the room and amenities inside including the microwave, sink and cutlery which makes it so convenient when we feel like packing food back to the room. Very comfortable stay and will definitely be back!

Kitchenette area need more attention on cleanliness.Flies can be seen esp near the sink, door access to the bin under sink has stains. Hairs can be found at the corner of the bathroom. Other than this, overall experience was good.

Our first stay was back in 2022. Then facilities was nice but clearly things have not been well maintained. I won't stay here again; Doubletree by Hilton cost alittle less and definitely a better choice for the future.

Room was very big and comfortable, one bedroom king. Toilet was very big and there's bathtub. But unfortunately, got a room with a very strong smoking smell. Turned on aircon full, left the room, came back smell still there. Next morning smoking smell still there.

First time at the hotel, ts away from the centre of JB but strategically located. The room is very comfortable and it’s large enough to put away your stuff around the room. Bathroom is also very clean and I love the rain shower and a pleasant to shower after a day out visiting friends and relatives. We cannot comment on the F&B as we were out most of time. I would certainly come again and I would recommend this hotel

Another fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser JB. As a regular customer of this hotel, I'm glad that the rooms, facilities and staff maintain high standards over the years. We are really glad that they offered us a complimentary room upgrade and the front desk (I believe her name is Sulaila) was friendly and helped me to check in quickly. The room was clean and pretty well maintained. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very thankful that they have Astro Supersport channel so we can still watch EPL matches. There are also plates, utensils, microwave oven and other items to make your stay even more comfortable. Only downside is still the traffic jam on Sunday night due to cars returning to SG. Hope the hotel can work out a solution with the relevant authorities to improve this situation. Also, there isn't much shops, eateries or convenience stores around so best to stock up on your food n necessities before returning to office. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Thanks again for making this a memorable stay!…

Rooms were very new and clean. Pleasant feeling. Looby was bright but not big. There was a q for check in at 3pm. Big huge windows that can see the 🌅 from the room!!! Great service from staff Breakfast choice could have been better. Location was not that great as it was a distance to the shopping malls.

Great value for money for very comfortable hotel room. We stayed in Studio Executive King room. The room was very large, bed very large and comfortable, shower worked well, wifi worked well, good areas for sitting. Room was relatively quiet except for some noise above. Check in and check out was very quick. Room had fridge and freezer and toiletries and everything one needs for very comfortable stay. Surrounding area is not very nice - but standard for Johor Bahru - though the location is excellent if you want to be near the train station/border crossing to Singapore - 5 minute walk to train station. They also have free shuttle bus to train station if you have luggage. Overall we would stay here again as it was very comfortable and great value for money. It is not a place with character but one doesn't expect that with this type of hotel - rather it is reliable and comfortable and convenient. Cafe onsite did not open until midday - no options to purchase coffee in the morning other than purchasing full buffet breakfast.…
