We stayed here for 2 nights, and regretted it. The hotel is situated in between 2 entertainment outlets. The music is SO SO SO loud up to 530 am, and we could not sleep at all. There was loud music up to about 3 am, and then loud noises from the patrons up to 530am. However the rooms were clean....

The reception really polite & give the good service. Room decoration & arrangement was great. But the toilet pipe never repair because the water leaking. They charge the mineral water RM2/bottle. Same price like 4* hotel. The mineral water its really cheap, why need to charge from in-house guest.

It's a clean & simply well-designed room of comfort with Air-Con, FREE Wi-Fi, Refrigerator & a nice big bed to rest. Nearby has lots of nice local Malaysian food eg. Chicken Rice, La Mian (Noodle), restaurant eateries & many others.

1. Cheap and budget hotel; suitable for young/solo traveller 2. Convenient; near to shops and town centre 3. Friendly and helpful staff; easy to deal with 4. A bit noisy; beside karaoke that makes it so noisy until late morning (4.00 - 5.00 am)

Was looking for a simple room to stay the night, this hotel does give a pleasant surprise. Full amenities in room- toothbrush, shampoo, bath soap, safe box, hair dryer, extra 2 pillows un cupboard, room slippers... really value for money.. there's a uncle taking care of your car parked outside the hotel. will stay again.

Let me share some honest review about this hotel, Location: No where near major town, this is just a shop lot in the middle of karaoke centre. Not good if you are depending on public transportation This is just a budget hotel so I did not expect great front office service, but it wasn't too bad. Now the rooms wasn't...

The room was okay, a little run down. Bigger than what we expected. Carpets need a good washing though. The front desk service was bad though. In other hotels I've stayed at, we could usually call out for food delivery via the room phone. However here, we were unable to so I called the front desk for help. I asked...

Overall are good with the bed, facility and etc. But one minus point is the sound insulation very bad. I can hear the guests beside my room snore and even the vibration of mobile phone ringing. It is noisy as well during the night as there is a pub beside the hotel.

OK for a few nights - trouble was I was there for about a month waiting for a new passport. The best thing about this place was the fact that it was actually good value for money. I stayed there in September last year and it was around 16 pounds a night ( $26 ). The worst thing about this...
