Just wanted a good night sleep. Choose a single bed room with window, window handle broken, changed to a new one. Came back from dinner to shower, middle of shower realise soap dispenser not dispensing, went downstairs to complaint, receptionist say will come and check in awhile. Went back to room and waited 5 mins (it's 11:20pm), went down again to find him SMOKING outside. He gave an excuse saying someone is bringing back the shampoo and soap and ask me why am i in such a hurry, then i can't take it anymore and told him to fix it right away and he proceed to take two bottle of the same thing saying it is both shampoo and soap and fix it in the dispenser. What a great hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night as the prices were reasonable. However, at 2am we saw a bedbug scurrying about our bed. We immediately requested for a room change but the consequent room was infested too. The reception staff handled it poorly and dismissed it as a "common" problem. We were only able to get our refund after speaking to the manager. Poor hygiene and customer management, would not recommend

Went there last night after making a booking online. Overall terrible experience, and I'm a very easy person to please. I need internet, I need a clean room, and I need to know all the charges upfront. This place failed on all three. Internet failed to work the whole time, staff just said it was normal and need to wait a few days until Monday. Room was dirty, the previous guests hair and skin all around the bed. When I left they said they have additional charges that they forgot to tell me about, I didn't even bother disputing anymore. I told them I was disappointed with everything, the staff have no reaction. Bad place, just stay away.

The room is adequately clean and basic ameneties are working. Do not expect much though. Useful for people who need a place to crash and exploring bukit indah area for a short while. Take note for foreginers there is an additional 10RM tax.

A no fuss, no frills hotel. Don't expect much. Good enough for a short stay. Staff is friendly and there are many eateries nearby. Bukit Indah Aeon Mall is within walking distance. Limited parking available in front of hotel.
