Overrated. Room very cramp for the price. Breakfast is so so but could improve. Not much facilities. Friendly staff. Easily accessible to Legoland theme park. Parking free for guest. I bought triple pass yearly ticket but the water park was closed. Was told room will be upgraded but when I arrived, hotel says upgraded room given to others.

I booked 4 rooms during the New Year break to stay with my family and was surprised at how bad the hotel was 1 - Poor cleanliness and hygiene - found dirt and hair on the carpet right after check-in. Seems that the room was not really cleaned and the bathroom is incredibly dated with poor ventilation. For a hotel claiming to be a premier destination, rooms were more like a 2-star hotel. Sheets were dirty with stains and given Covid times, I was surprised at the lack of care given to hygiene. I highly doubt their sanitization discipline given basic cleanliness was lacking 2 - Lacking service at the restaurants Throughout our 3 days-2 night stay we had 2 breakfast and 2 dinners at the hotel. The hotel only offered buffet and we were happy to try it the first night. However after splurging RM148 per person, one would expect you'd be served more than just plain water-cooler water and instant coffee . Any other drinks were charged. We decided to forgo the buffet the 2nd night since we don't believe it was worth it however were told that Ala Carte is only served in the room. We proceeded to order and the food were not only late, they forgot several orders AND it came in fast food containers. Again definitely not the premium service as advertised 3- Room facilities & Customer Service We were struggling to find the channel that was advertised to be available based on the pamphlet in the room. Upon calling the concierge, they agreed to send someone up to the room to check (though they were incredibly uninterested to help). The guy that was sent was not only rude but spoke to us in a very condescending way (i.e. did you scroll through everything? did you try this?) and he refused to believe me when I said I did and still couldn't find the channel. I had re-explain my debugging process for him to just speak to me like I was an idiot. He finally tried it himself and still couldn't resolve it, so he said he'll go and check. About 15mins later we received a call saying the channel is no longer available and the pamphlet is outdated - as if it was my fault for looking at an outdated information. I told him that should not happen, as it is false advertising to the customer, and providing false information of service - he just responded "well housekeeping forgot to change it". Again not behavior/service I expect for a "premium destination" There's a lot more that I can write but it will take forever. I feel bad for the Lego brand as this hotel essentially diminishes the quality that most people would associate with Lego. The only reason this hotel still has customers is because there's limited options in the area and they are exploiting the Lego fandom. I intend to provide this feedback to Lego as well

While I’m sure the kids had a memorable stay, It was not up to my expectation in terms of the details. With the price charged pernight, I expect it to be better. Firstly, the details in the room was a bit dated and rundown to say. Especially the toilet was not maintain and a little bit gloomy. The finishing on the light switch and some others were not properly installed. The cleanliness was not at least up to my expectation. There’s a lot of dust here and there on the decoration as well. Secondly, the breakdast was just average. I expect it to be much more with the amount of price you charged. Thirdly, the staff was super helpful from frontdesk, brick restaurant and the themepark all played their role to the fullest. My complement to you all on that and keep it up. Another big dissapointment is that the management communication to your frontdesk. We arrived on 12th and was informed that the water park was close due to maintainence and I ask whether its because of Covid though reception answered no. The next day, you post on instagram stating that its because of covid and we felt a bit cheated and of course concern with our wellbeing. We highlighted our concerns to the frontdesk and the manager kindly attend to us ensuring that they also were communicated on the same day that you posted. I’m not sure how your safety procedures or communication is, you need to be swift and fast in communicating to your staff as their are your frontliners so that customers like us can make decision as well. In summary, please make sure the value that you bring meets the pricing range that put in. I find it not worth it to stay there again if things doesnt improve. I hope the management take my feedback with action as I’m looking to arrange more trips there in the future.

Rather worn around the edges but it's still quite charming and Instagram worthy. Love the lego figures scattered everywhere in the hotel. Remember to look up - you might find a lego figure peering back at you! The kids had a lot of fun with the room treasure hunt and assembling their mini lego sets. The only downside was that the bodywash/shampoo in the bathroom was only quarter filled. It's really not enough for a family of five. Lucky I brought my own. We had breakfast and dinner at Bricks Restaurant but food was only so-so. Not value for money, especially the buffet dinner.

Selected an adventure theme’s room. Noticed those lego decoration in the room are dusty. I wonder when is the last time they clean those Lego decoration. Toilet are bit run down need to maintain. Buffet breakfast have lesser choice compare from my previous few visits Out of surprise, I seen a cockroach wondering around where near the food is served. I asked the staff nearby to manage it asap before my family member saw it. It will spoils their breakfast mood at there. Need to put more effort on the cleanliness in this area. Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. I hope the management put more effort to look into this matter. Please don’t spoilt my son yearly trips to Legoland Malaysia.
