One of the best hotel which located at the city of JB, friendly service with variety of breakfast menu and make you feel good in a day. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable.Room Service Menu is GOOD and delicious( Some part I feel is better the KL Hilton ).Just a small little things to bring up, Aircorn is not cold enough. will plan for 2nd visit in future date.

Excellent Service , very helpful staff,especially the entire Executive Lounge Team managed by Arif. First class service received despite the Executive Lounge being extremly busy. However the peace & tranquility of the Executive lounge totally disrupted by the large number of children ( prior to 7pm) , all running around, no control and parents totally inconsiderate of other guests. Same behaviour around the pool and in the gym ( where children are meant to be prohibited from using ). Very surpsied to see the number of beds by the pool considerably reduced from 20+ to just 6. About time smoking was completly banned from with in the entire hotel including the pool area where food is served and many children present

We stayed at DoubleTree for four nights on one of their suites. Our room was huge! I hope they add a few more decor to the room to make it more lively. Complimentary breakfast at Makan restaurant was amazing, but their seafood buffet dinner was even better! They also have another restaurant by the pool, and the food was amazing there as well. The pool itself is very well designed. The main reason we went to JB was to visit Legoland and staying at DoubleTree was an additional treat.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru for four days and we only went out once when we went to LEGOLAND. We were welcomed by warm chocolate chip cookies upon checking in and went directly to our One Bedroom Suite that was huge. We did nothing but chill at the pool, and enjoy the food at the in-house restaurants. I especially love the Seafood Dinner Buffet we had at Makan Kitchen. I also love the pizza-making activity that was enjoyed by my three-year-old son at Tosca Italian Trattoria. What I love about our stay was that we never felt bored in the hotel and we had the perfect staycation in the middle of Johor Bahru's central business district.

We have stayed here a few times already. The staff as usual is helpful, friendly and professional. They treated us well. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. I liked the green approach of the hotel now. The shower gel, shampoo, body lotion etc are all in dispensers. The mineral water is placed in glass bottles which can refilled. Kudos ! We liked the location too. Its close to shopping centres and train station. Its convenient for us as we took the train from Singapore and we just walked to the hotel from JB Sentral.
