Honestly, the pictures were a bit different from actual. However, the location was super good, staffs are amazing, and AC is soooo cold! Seems like the hotel was built recently. Still worth the price if you've decided to stay in JB for a short-term manner.

We booked the suite and were delighted with the big beautiful room. But room seemed dusty (as if it had not been use for a period of time). We had aircond issue, the room was warm and stuffy and we had to change to another room. Overall we loved the stay and staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Thank you Pradise25050593916 for your review of our suite. Our Belllo Suite is ideal for family with children or friends. It comes with a queen-size bed and a super single sofa bed, The large 48-inch LED TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, together with the full height windows were designed to allow natural light in and add spaciousness to the room. Strongly recommended for short stay-cheap SG$68, clean room, soft bed, hot shower, safe, towels, toiletries... Below is 24hrs Supermart, 3 food courts. Near to City Square (UOB), Malay Pasar Malam & very nice night walking pavement for family or couples, beside the canal along Jalan Wong Ah Fook.

Special mention to Ms Saol, receptionist for her warm and welcoming service. Very nice and cosy and their bed is very soft and air con is very cold makes our stay very comfy. The hotel is clean and very good for this price. We’ll be back again 😘😘😘

The hotel is cheap, clean, and right in the heart of things. You can walk there from the immigration terminal. Good for an overnight stay if you're on a budget. The guy on reception, Brian, is very polite and helpful. Overall, you get what you pay for. It's cheap with hardly any facilities, but it does the job.

We were dissapointed with this hotel. I read good reviews before booking but unfortunately our experience did not match. The room was quite small, the bedding was clean and comfortable but the paint was peeling off the walls, the aircon vent was not attached to the wall, askew and mouldy. The hand held shower was broken and spayed water out from the connection. On the up side, the staff were friendly and polite and the hotel was within easy walking distance of JB Sentral where we caught an early train next morning. We didn’t expect 5 star but our room was tired, grubby and dissapointing.

I elected to stay here for a second time, after a good experience in Dec 2021, h cycled the length of Peninsular Malaysia for a second time. In 2021 the staff were very accommodating, especially with my bicycle. This time was even better. Not only were all the staff very helpful again, Brian (who was on the front desk) went above and beyond what could ever be reasonably expected. When the front desk was quiet he helped me enormously by supporting me to wrap my bike for travel, a job which can be done by one person, but is considerably easier with two. It is small but important acts of kindness, where great staff like Brian look for opportunities to help that mean I will continue to use, and recommend this little, and lovely hotel. For price, it's an excellent steal. About 5min walk from CSMall. Also nearby good food in Jalan Trus area. The receptionists were very friendly. The hotel room has been renovated, bathroom's fittings are quite new and clean. Sheets and towels are clean, just that the sheets are greyish. Card door lock. Windows face walkway but has thick curtains me. Walls are thin though. Toiletries all given, include toothbrushes. Coffee making facilities and bottled water. Only negative for me is bed is too soft. Definitely my choice to stay again!
