It was my first time staying in this hotel and it was really amazing and peaceful. The staff was really friendly and eager to help. Enjoyed the drinks at breeze. Liked the breakfast buffet in the seasonal restaurant. The room was flawless and hygiene and special thanks to kunal charming boy was really helpful. loved his accent, communication, and the way he explained all facilities and nearby surroundings. Altogether experience 10/10. Looking forward to visit again soon.

This is a quiet getaway in a very well run hotel with amazing staff whose dedication to making sure your well being is taken care of us top of their minds. The sea and garden facing rooms have amazing views. It doesn't have the glitter of a brand new hotel but makes up for it with comfort and good service. It has an amazing beach walk towards the more luxurious st Regis also under the Bonvoy group which gives an expanded choice of restaurants and things to do.

The Westin is very nice and has a fabulous location right on the beach a couple of km outside Kuah. It is properly 5 star. The staff are just amazing, present but discrete super helpful and friendly and yet unintrusive. They understand what good service is and it’s effortless. The bedrooms are big and comfortable and i had a garden room that has views of the garden and indeed the sea. The facilities in the hotel are excellent a choice of 3 different varieties of pools the amazing Heavenly spa, games room, squash courts etc etc. The public areas are spacious and well appointed and the restaurants and bars (including a swim up bar) are good. The views are spectacular and the hotel is set in a lovely parkland setting. The beach is a coconut palm fringed paradise. You can walk along it and get to the St Regis via a board walk on stilts over the sea passing the lovely Kayuputi restaurant that also sits on stilts over the sea. It is lovely. I have given it 5 stars because it’s almost there. Just a couple of things for the hotel to note. The sea while clean can be a bit turbid due to the ferries and vessels coming in and out of Kuah. The bathroom had a couple of small defects for example the inside handle to the shower door was missing. Also a message for the management : please get a new pool table in the games room. The existing one is wrecked as the top is a bit loose and the side cushions are badly out of shape and no good for a game of pool. Having said that these are small things and easily fixed. Overall 4.7 stars from me…

We spent 5 lovely nights in a beach pool villa. The villas are in the process or being refurbed so there were workmen and construction noises but we were not unduly bothered by it although it was a bit odd to suddenly find someone on the roof of the next villa! The pool was a good size and we loved the access to the tidal beach immediately outside. If you follow the walkway past the villas, you end up at the neighbouring St Regis but we thought our pool villa was better than theirs! Great Malay food, amazing breakfast selection but the real standout was the staff who were all amazing. We were fortunate to be there at a quiet time which made it even more relaxing. Think some of the older rooms in the main resort are probably a bit dated but the setting with its private beach close to Kuah, would be hard to beat!…

Nice Hotel, slightly dated but overall an enjoyable 2 nights stay. The room was clean although a bit dated. The breakfast was good both in terms of quality and variety. the view from the main restaurant is breathtaking. Would we stay there again? Possibly although our stay in the St. Regis was a different level both quality-wise and price-wise.

the service is TIPTOP. wished i stayed here for more than 1 night. from the bellboy to the front office, to the f&b team, theyre all amazing. they have a wide range of breakfast selection, from western to eastern to local, they have it all. they even have a gluten free bread and muffin! the place is HUGE. they have this recreation center where they have a 24/7 gym, ping pong, pool table, air hockey, they even have kids club and daily activities like batik painting, mug painting etc. in the room, they mentioned they have a sunset/sunrise yoga at their spa, but i didnt have the time to go :( (OHH THEY HAVE A JACUZZI TOO OMG) huge thanks to azian and fadzlinda from reservation with helping with my booking. huge thanks to syafiq from front office to make my check in process smooth, and oh gosh cant forget the welcome drink. super delish, reminded me of nice ice pop flavour. the LP team, i didnt quite catch their name, but they helped me a lot with my injured foot. gave me bandages in a speedy manner. thanks to sofi too from recreation for assisting me in calling the buggy to help me to go to the car park with my injured foot. give my regard to amir (i think thats his name, i forgot), he helped with carrying our bags and driving the buggy. all in all, everyone is friendly and they all have a nice smile. 10/10 would go again. but this time definitely for a long stay…

Always had a pleasant stay there. The front desk lady immediately recognize me when saw my face before check-in. Kudos to her. Sorry can't remember her name (thin hijab girl).
