The interior is worn out & still using the flannel blanket which has stains on them. The tap water is murky. The toilet & bathroom & even the...

The hotel had repainted but the interior still as bad as before. Seriously the carpet needed to be replaced as it is quite smelly and feel it is not vacuum for decades , it had unpleasant smell in the room too.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel - it was our haven each evening after a day spent exploring the city. The room was clean, nicely maintained and the satff couldn't have been nicer. We had room service one evening - food was delicious at a reasonable price. I would recommend staying at this hotel. I would stay there again.

Our party of four arrived late in Kota Bharu and had to take what was available as most hotels were booked out due to several conferences in town. I'll cut straight to the chase here ... bed linen dirty and stained with god knows what. Small towels which were little thicker than a sheet of Kleenex tissue. Rooms generally dirty...
