I booked this hotel based on the convincing photos Ive seen online. But unfortunately, my room is far from what's shown online. I must say, this is one of the worst 2-3 star hotel I've ever stayed. I was hopeful at first during the check in but the moment the receptionist hand over a bag that contains the room cards and a TV remote control, I can't help but noticing the stains on the the bag. It looks like fungus (you can view my uploaded picture) OK cool nevermind, but wow, when I enter the room, it felt like nobody cares. The wall, window, blinds are so dusty and dirty. Lizard droppings and unknown black spots can be seen on the window. There are cob webs at the windows too and yellow moist stains on the ceiling can be easily spotted. Couldn't stand looking at the window so I tried lowering the blinds. But sadly, they are not working. You can't go all up, you can't control where you want it to stop. And the blinds are so dirty that it's a must to roll it back up. Then I tried taking a nap. But my desire to sleep disappeared the moment I see dirty stains on the pillow, also the sheets. Didn't sleep well that night. As expected, I can smell my boyfriend's poop when he is using the toilet, because the toilet IS IN THE ROOM. I almost lost it when I saw the glass bathroom is empty on top that allows smell to travel around the room. How uncomfortable and unhygienic! Brinchang is one of the busiest part of Cameron Highlands and there are huge amount of tourists every month, so hotels are everywhere there. In my understanding, if you want to compete with other hotels, it's definitely necessary to keep track with the condition of the place that helps you to generate money - the room! The price is not that cheap too, I paid rm130 (incld tax)... I feel sorry for those who has stayed in the same room as mine, and I can't help to wonder how long was the last cleaning done in room 404. Room 404, this is the scariest room I have ever stayed. Just my honest review.

Enjoyed my two night three days package by parkland. Central location, awesome space, better rooms and good food. Always ask for the guy named Hari Pokharel to guide you through the jungle. Hari ai an awesome guide who knows pretty much everything about chitwan, can describe the art culture nature and many more aspects of chitwan as well as Nepal. BEST PART IS : HE CAN FIND OUT THE GREAT ONE HORNED RHINO AND AS ELEPHANT OUT OF THE WOODS.

Best thing we use this hotel is they have room in small blocks with private balcony. you can fell all hotel is inside the jungle. All rooms are clean with hot water, big garden and friendly staff. They serve different varieties of buffed food every day with drinks. They have experience and well trained nature guide to show us around. We are had great time with our family in this Parkland hotel.

After hearing the massive bad jam in Cameron Highlands, we decided to go on a weekday. We started our journey around 1.30pm on Friday, there wasn't much jam, just a little here and there - arrived in 3hrs+. When i arrived there was plenty of parking outside the hotel still. Our room looked slightly different from the picture (not a big deal), our window view overlooked a small hill with workers working on it. Basic room just for the night , it's sufficient. Receptionist is informative, I asked about the night market and parking coupon. I did not want to buy the whole book of coupon because I will not come back, there was a guy not sure if he's a hotel guest of friends with the front desk, i asked if he could sell me just 3 piece of coupon for the following morning until we are ready to leave. He said okay :)

Good and very central location in Cameron Highlands and Brinchang town itself. Restaurants and coffee shops is within the vicinity of the hotel. Room is ok (with no air-conditioning) but floor is a bit sticky. Good shower. Drinking water available on every floor.

Stayed on a quick solo weekend rides. Room have all the basics amenities. Shower was good as pressure are strong. Location nearby all the shops & eateries. Carpark might be a bit problem as this areas full of others hotels. Check in/out quick & smoothly. Have disable lift that been treated like a passenger lift. Water dispenser only on level 1 & 3 as they do not provide any drinking water or coffee making in the room but can get it nearby shops. Price wise reasonable.

We stayed there for two nights, the hotel is located in the main market area, our room was clean. Staff was also cooperative. But the problems that we had to face, no exhaust fan in the restroom, hot water takes around 10 minute to reach the taps of level 3 and they should also replace their elevator as it takes 1 min to reach level 3.

this hotel located at the center of Brinchang and what I can say, you can easily go to the nearest placest without travel for too long. its take about 7-10 min to reach the destination or local attraction. The hotel is nearby with restaurants and supermarket. So it can cut your time from going somewhere far to eat and the best things is they have self service laundary behind the receptionist caunter
