We initially booked a budget room which was horrible -thinking it would just be a place to sleep after a long day of activity. On check-in we were told there was only a room with one double bed when we had requested two singles as we were two male friends travelling together. On insisting, that was sorted. We headed down...

We stayed here for two nights. It was standard fan room for two, with shared bathroom. We payed 70MYR/night, but my advise is you go for AC room. It was very hot especially during the day. Room was clean. There is a wi-fi in rooms.

We booked a family room which was simple but good value for the price paid. Room was clean with warm shower, aircon. Breakfast was included, but is indeed very disappointing. We skipped breakfast and eat at the nearby restaurant. Han rainforest resort is in walking distance of the ferry (RM 1) to the entrance of Taman Negara in the Mutiara...

I think this is the only biggest resorts in Taman Negara, and this is value for money. We taking the premium room, it was reasonable spaciou, with many power plug points. The best thing is all with a walkout balcony which can seat there and enjoy the cooling air at nights. the room come with Hot water. it is very...

My mother and I stayed here for only one night this past November. It was an experience we wish we could forget. We have never dealt with such unhelpful, disinterested staff anywhere. Nobody would tell us where our next tour was, offer to help us with our bags, or even show us to our room when we asked them to....

I already mentioned it somewhere but you could compare HANS rainforest resort to a hotelmaffia. They are the largest resort in Taman Negara and tend to pull the tourists here. All the touristic transport companies bring you to this resort. They also make sure the journey Is 12 hours in stead of 7 hours so you will arrive here in...

We had breakfast lunch and dinner here as part of our jungle package. The place restaurant itself is large and in a lovely setting, the staff are really friendly and are very accommodating! The food was a bit of a let down but I assume that was because it was part of a package (package deals never include great food),...

We booked a 3 days/2 nights package with transfer from KL. The driver from KL to the jetty was a maniac, constantly speeding and overtaking everything he could whilst not possible in a safe way (which was constantly shown by upcoming vehicles flashing their lights). We had a lunch included at the place where the jetty starts. Terrible food, little...

The resort is quite far from the jetty, but the staff organizes shuttle service for clients that want to participate at the resort activities. The room was ok, clean and spacious enough for two, of course the resort is in the middle of the jungle so you have to expect to see different little insects, etc.

We spent two nights at Taman Negara Han Rainforest Resort. The national park was stunning, but the accommodation was quite basic. It was clean but in need of a renovation. Free Wi-Fi was available only in the restaurant/bar area. The food at the restaurant was the worst we've had in our long stay in Malaysia: you should really eat at...
