Hotel rundown air con sounds like locomotion toilet with slippers very slippery careful for seniors.... room very dirty with ants crawling on table... tv only local stations not much channel to choose from. Car park wow I wouldn't want to park my car there . Rather park on road side.

This is by far the creepiest hotel I have ever stayed. We got a room with 1 queen size bed, and 2 single bed. However the room looks more like a store room to store unwanted furniture. There are 2 torn sofa, out of place cupboards and the carpet is so disgusting.

Too long a story to tell but the WiFi was none existent when I checked in and it took 5 hours for the owner to come and reset it. It was still only marginal. Staff members Kerin and Verra were helpful at all times, but without authority to enter the office I guess. There was a terrible sewer stench under...

Location is good, just diagonally opposite The Store (dept store). Round the corner two Indian Muslim restaurants. Within walking distance are the two restaurants selling well-known Ipoh favourites, steamed chicken and bean sprouts dishes, shops selling biscuits and pastries, salt-baked chicken. 15 minutes walking distance from railway station. Room is mid-sized and basic. Had a first floor room. No lift....

The facility is old but OK. Very good surrounding with many shops including eating outlet. Had our late breakfast at the mamak restaurant downstairs. After that did some shopping at the shoes shop right opposite the hotel. Good buddy.

Advantage: This hotel is located in the town, easy access to restaurants and taxi. Closer to the Chinatown were you can see different restaurants especially in the evening. Disadvantage: The hotel looks nice and new outside. The information desk looks nice and clean. The staffs were unfriendly. When you get inside the rooms, there you will find out what's the...

As a budget hotel, I do not have high expectation. What makes it special is the deco and furnitures from past decaces. If you have seen 'Mad Men' TV show, you'll get the idea. 1. old color TV in bright fiery red plastic casing! 2. vintage intricate geometric pattern ceiling panel boards. 3. vintage unitary (single unit) air conditioning. 4....

no doubt this hotel is one of the pioneers in ipoh but it has failed to keep up with the changing times and competition. Not sure how much has changed in the last 11 months. Condition of rooms are unacceptable. We opted for a family room just tk hang out and watch Thaipusam celebrations from our balcony as for this...

The location of this hotel is perfect. 5 mins walking distance to The Store shopping mall. Easy adjecent to a lot of shops. This hotel is only rated as 1-2 star. Overall the room is old and smelly... Some more there are ants climbing over the bed and basin.. The towel provided is quite dirty. You will not dare to...
