Highly recommended! The hotel is totally gorgeous & cosy with excellent service. Friendly & welcoming staff, especially the owner, Debbie. There was a miscommunication on our booking & Debbie went extra mile to help us solve the issue, we're sincerely grateful for that. She & her staff Yin were always there to answer our questions with regard to good eateries & attractions. We stayed in the Duplex Family Room. It's extremely clean, amenities provided in the room were better than a 5-star hotel (no kidding) with a Coway water dispenser, coffee machine & free 3-ply masks, how thoughtful! Free breakfast was provided. There was also a classic arcade which was a total highlight to the kids. Walking distance to many famous eateries. Will definitely come back again & recommended to family & friends. Thanks Debbie & team for the hospitality!

Pleasantly surprise to have found a Botique hotel right in the City center. Overall a wonderful experience staying at Bedrock. The owner, Debbie was such an awesome host the moment you step into the hotel. She delivers services from her heart and will go the extra miles to please and make you as comfortable as possible. Love the rooms and what more to say with the services and location. Highly recommended for those who loves to be in the city and experience a boutique hotel that truly deliver you comfort, hospitality and one that's affordable.

As per usual, the 5 star ratings do not lie and all the services offered at Bedrock were exceptional!! From delicious recommendations of local Ipoh food, to personally coming up to the room to check why the air-con wasn’t working and fixing it for us. The breakfast was also reflective of the other excellent provisions at the hotel. We will definitely be back soon and we’re looking forward to our next trip :)

We checked in as guests and left as friends. One of the nicest hotels in SE Asia. The property is so clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. We have had many stays in Ipoh this one was by far the best. Made so by our host Debbie and her lovely staff. Thank you for all you did for us. Even organising a mechanic to come and fix our car. WE WILL BE BACK

Excellent hotel and service. Pleasantly surprised by the interior, room, and amenities. Great host, knowledgeable, friendly. Breakfast included in room rate, they have security guard watching over the cars at night, has chartered parking for guests. Room was made up without even asking for it. Amenities: complete toiletries and towels, coway water dispenser, nespresso, tea, popcorn and canned drink in fridge. Reservation: I can tell that this hotel will always be fully booked normally. We came during CMCO where no interstate travel allowed, we didn’t make any reservation. Walked in and immediately give a room with bath tub. All in all, service and room is on par with 5 star hotel. 👍🏻 kudos
