We stayed at the only standard double room on grd floor right by reception. Room faces the spa, so got to draw the day curtains else people.can look into room as they walk to spa.
Not noisy though, guess no one was making any loud noise when we were there. Bathroom has tub and rain shower. Love the Balinese door and high ceiling. Pillows are more comfy than many hotels we stayed in.
Didn't use the spa as it was fully booked. It's just one couple room opp us (see pic) and they have only 2 masseurs.
Had Balinese rice and chicken redang nasi lemak for bfast. Love the cosy cafe, warm service and the food. Chicken for the Bali style chicken was nicely spiced with lemongrass.no food wastage by hotel as they will ask you to choose your bfast when u check in, so you can tell them which days u are not dining in.
Location is in a quiet area fr hustle and bustle of the old town, yet just short ride of RM5 via grab.
Will choose this place again when I come Ipoh. It's a no brainer.

We stayed as a family of five with elderly and young children (5 and 7 years old) in a room with Koi fish pond. The room and the hotel surrounding were very cleaned! There is complimentary coffee/tea and snacks in their cafe until 6 pm! My kids enjoyed feeding the well maintained fishes (hotel gave us the food for feeding the fish). Water pressure is soooo good and toilet is soooo spacious! The location is only about 5-10 min drive from all the attractions and nice food so it is very convenient! My mom also enjoyed the Balinese spa and she loved it! I would definitely come back and stay here the next time I go to Ipoh.

This is a Balinese style boutique hotel with a spa. There are no swimming pool and gym and they only serve breakfast if I am not wrong.
You have this relaxing feel when you stepped into the hotel and all the staff are very friendly.
You can pre-order your breakfast and timing. In this way, they avoid everyone overcrowding during breakfast time and everyone can have their breakfast quickly.
I would recommend you to try their Balinese breakfast. Simply superb.
We have a room at the ground floor and the balcony opened up to a koi pond where you can feed the fishes daily (fish food provided by the hotel). It is very therapeutic feeding and seeing the beautiful fishes everyday.
Housekeeping is also very good.
The spa is also good and reasonably priced. However, take note that they have only 2 masseuses and will be good you make appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.
In short, a great stay and as the saying sometimes “less is more”.

When we arrived, front desk lady greeted us by personally pouring cups of lemongrass water for us. Very refreshing and check-in process was smooth and quick. There is also breakfast included every morning, and the staff personally cook the meals you choose for you. Our room was 006, located at the corner of the courtyard, which is such a beautiful place to come out and sit at for a bit. The hotel room was so beautifully decorated with towel swans waiting for us. Bed was soft and comfortable, floor was clean and complimentary massage slippers were also provided for use. Spacious, high ceiling, along with the beautiful garden and swing seat outside delighted us greatly. The surprise that came with our room was being provided with complimentary fish food to feed the koi fish outside in the garden. Additionally, it was my brother's birthday, so to surprise him, the wall was decorated with "Happy Birthday" balloons. After we had settled in the room, hotel staff came with a plate of waffle cake and ice cream, topped off with a candle. Anyways, we all greatly enjoyed our two night stay here in Ipoh Bali Hotel, and we will definitely come back again next time!

Room was spacious with a decked stream running across your own balcony with a little fountain and a swing chair that you can chill out in. Bed was very comfortable but takes a bit of getting past the door banging, motor whirring and some other noises. Light/Fan switches were confusing as they were not labelled and had some placed by the bed and some by the door. This room with a king size bed had separate bedside lamps. But switches for both lamps are only on 1 side of the bed. To turn it on in the middle of the night, i had to wake my partner up to do so for me :( The big tv is equipped to an Astro box with many cable channels and had good reception. Bathroom was spacious with a big luxurious bathtub. It also acts as the shower space which would be a great challenge for older folks to get in/out as the tub is deep. There would be room types with just shower if needed. Shower pressure was good. Appreciated the well-stocked bathroom amenities provided....one of the few remaining hotels to provide toothbrush & toothpaste nowadays! Toilet has a bidet spray which is helpful but not the most ergonomically designed. Room rates include breakfast that you get to preorder night before from an extensive menu of western and local cuisine. Coffee/tea, juice, milk and toast are free flow on the sides. So are cereals which tasted weird though. Location is about 10mins drive to Concubine Lane area and is in a suburb location away from the main road. This 12 room boutique hotel definitely exudes the Balinese feel that its intended for. Besides the good quality of its structure and fittings, ALL of their staff presented the same Balinese vibes ....welcoming, quick yet discreet.

This hotel is a great Bali-theme establishment. It was very spacious even for its standard room. The toilet was equipped with a luxurious bath tub and floor tiles were rather anti-slip even though slightly wet. The only shortcoming which I think is relatively insignificant is that it does not have a swimming pool for those that needs to swim on a daily basis ha3

Loved our stay, hotel does feel like you are in Bali. Amazing job decorating. We stayed in a ground floor room & I would have given 5 stars as our stay was terrific however it isn’t centrally located so you do need to take a grab or drive to the old town / sightseeing.

Our room had the Koi pond & we loved it. So relaxing to sit out & watch the fish with the sound of water. Also good fun feeding the fish. Such a unique experience! We loved it.

Our room was big, nice king sized bed. Very comfortable & the a/c was great. Service was really good, they couldn’t do enough to ensure that we were comfortable & enjoyed our stay.

I’d highly recommend just be aware that you can’t walk places but just download the grab app, we were always able to get a car in 2-4 minutes & it was inexpensive.

Hi, Kok Leng Temple actually kind of far from the hotel which is 25 minutes drive (normal traffic), anyhow you may rent a car or ride on Grab to travel around Ipoh. KTM station is 15 minutes away from the hotel by car.

Hi Go3829547, The breakfasts are shared with other guests, although the breakfast area is nice and large with lots of room. You can also however, request a breakfast to be brought to your room if you prefer. Hope this helps.
