Nipa Bay has way too many guesthouses and very few visitors, which made it look a bit like a ghost-town. Many resturants are shut down. But it's well worth to stay since it's just 5 min walk to the much nicer Crystal Beach.

After circling the entire island, I would say this area Teluk Nipah where the chalet is located is the best area to be.
