Stayed three nights. What we expected from previous reviews. Staff was nice enough. Rooms a bit old. Great location, nice quiet beach nearby. Get a chalet if you stay. Coral beach is a quick walk away, look out for the thieving monkeys on the beach. I just carried a big stick with me each time we went to the beach,...

The design of the resort and its rooms needs "modernisation" The chalets are very simple and have only basic facilities ... The TV is not working and needs fine tuning ... but again here ... these are old TV sets ... The covered open air...

What you pay is what you get. The website does not tell you about rooms in 2 story Block where the rates are cheaper than the chalet(rm150 weekend rate). if you don't need a fancy verandah, ask for room w bed and shower. you can get a room for one for rm35 but it s full of mozzies ! there...

The rooms are basic even for a budget hotel. If you're like me and backpacked through Thailand 10 years ago, then this hotel will make you feel like you've stepped back in time. If you're not impressed with shabby old quarters, you may want to shop around. Just one street over from this are about 10 new similar complexes that...

Villa type villas are good, beds old but quite acceptable, very close to beach, many local food restaurants are around ; but in fasting months all are closed and difficult to find any type of good around! By right after Ramadan must be ok. Breakfast in the hotel are very normal and very basic, AC only useful after sunset day...

“They will show you rooms. Not all of them are equally good (mattress quality varies), so if you don't like what you see, ask if they have something else/better. The economy rooms are a bit depressing but still ok.”
