Stayed for a nite with 2rooms next to each other as family room fully occupied. Reception staff was friendly & give their best even we arrived a bit early n our room was ready for early check-in. Both rooms & toilet are clean but they didn't refill the soap/shampoo dispenser in one of the bathroom, not a nice view though, but...

Hotel rooms are fine - the bathrooms need some attention as are falling to bits in places. Decor is very dated The pool is a welcome addition and for the price is one of the few hotels that has one. Lots of children and families were here so pool gets very congested towards the end of the day with screaming...

I did not set high expectation after reading the reviews by others. I wanted the 'old' building feel for the family, instead of the high rise building hotels, so I booked the heritage hotel. I wanted adjoining rooms but they are not available, staffs were kind enough to give us the pool view rooms at the ground floor. It is...

The first trip, phone not working, certain lights not working. I gave it another shot, second trip, another room, same thing . I was thinking why a decent looking hotel can actually have this type of service. Third trip my admin executive booked without my knowledge and I had to stay third time. This time I didn't expect much. The phone was...

To start with, the word "heritage" in the name seems to be disappointing. It looks like heritage on the outside, but inside the room nothing reminds you of that. Acoustics in long corridors is quite good, so noisy people passing by can be quite a nuisance. There is an outdoor pool and restaurant, which I unfortunately didn't have time to...

The staff are arrogant, irritating and lazy. No service mind at all. Treated the travelers like enemies. They have some issue with letsbookhotel.com. They expressed their arroganc and enemity from the first sentence it self. We two lady travelers reached there in 12.10. they told us that wait until 2pm. They are that much unfriendly, arrogant people The female staff...

Hotel rooms were not spacious enough for a family room, toilet was not proper no air freshner, had some supernatural feel during the night, no chillers n refreshments for the price to pay. Room rate was towards the expensive site for a weekday. Swimming pool closes at 7pm which is very tight to spend time there. Room lights can add...

Superb location if you're looking convenience. I find the hotel pretty old. The window panels in the room seem like its gonna rip off. despite that, it does the job in creating the heritage experienced. Love the facade of this building. Nice illustration on the wall. Great building structure.

I came with family. Staying for two nights. Having room which place closest to the pool are definitely an advantage. We can just walk to the with barefoot ><, The hotel are located in the middle of busy town, i guess it's easier for us to travel around and get great food. But, i don't recommend this place if you...
