We recently traveled to Penang to acquire visa's. We stayed at this lovely hotel close to everything that you could need for a short stay. We walked around to enjoy great food, street art and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure and heat. I normally travel...

This is an old wood building that has been renovated. It looks nice but very noisy. Hardly slept a wink with wood floors. Rooms where small and very busy. The mattress was not good either. Key cards and nice paint is good but who cares if you can not sleep. Was too expensive for what it is, a glorified hostel.

Well located hotel with friendly staff and free bicycle rental. Nice looking street art in the entrance road, which people are usually taking photos in front of. However, the rooms need better natural ventilation, as the windows don't open, and therefore the room smelled damp and musty whenever we went in – we had to leave the air conditioning and...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a tour group with my partner, our room was fairly large and had air conditioning and a satellite TV. Our own complaint with the room was the lack of hot water in the shower, throughout or stay the water in the shower was consistently cold which was a major disappointment...

The location of hotel was extremely great which easy to in and out way to downtown. Room was quite smaller and the room they assigned pretty noisy that I almost could not get sound sleep for couple days. Overall is fine but not exceed expectation.

Very very slow Wifi internet and noisy. The walkie talkie is so annoying especially when they're making up rooms next to your room and you dont want to be disturb. Not a place to relax. All the promotion is a lie. Never stay this place again.

Room was the size of a small garage for two of us like the dungeon. No tea coffee in room only kettle! Bed so uncomfortable, lumpy, pillows only one each, cheap bedding. So basic. Bathroom and toilet combined ,shower whilst sitting on toilet Bottle water room first night No water second day. Breakfast in "coffee garden" more like the garage, breakfast voucher first...

The promo pictures are ridiculously outrageous. Don't believe them at all. We had to move carefully around the bed with a foot of walkway width betwn bed & TV at one end and another foot walkway width betwn bed and cabinet. Parking is very limited. If you're driving, you may risk having to wrestle other drivers for a slot. There...
