During my checked in, I was attended by Miss Natasha. She was really nice and helpful. Very fast service! Aside, the location of the hotel is so convenient. Near to Komtar and restaurant. The lobby at level 2 clean and spacious. This was my first Tune experience and I must say it was a delightful surprise! I will definitely return for a visit. Overall extremely satisfied experience. my family was very comfortable for staying at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights while we were in penang. the room we stayed in was very spacious including the toilet. what was most interesting during me and my family's stay here was that we could see the Komtar Tower which was very beautiful at night because it was lit up in purple. I am very excited every time I open the curtains I will see such a beautiful scenic.

Im very comfortable staying for 3 days 2 night in this hotel and can see the beautiful scenic of the Komtar Tower. We have so much fun at this hotel. We will go to this hotel again if we comeback to Penang !

My recent stay at the Tune Hotel was truly incredible. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff named dyon and amirul who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary bottled water and coffee maker. The room offered breathtaking views of the Penang city and was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The resort's amenities were also top-notch. The hotel was large and beautifully designed, with plenty of lounge chairs and space. The staff were incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for things to do and see in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend the Tune Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. It is an amazing place to stay at due to many factors one of which is the location as it is located in the hart of gorge town. Another cool feature is it’s friendly and welcoming staff especially miss Natasha. she was a wonderful receptionist. And lastly the hotel is great for its value. Definitely a great place to stay at.
