As the title suggests, we were quite disappointed with the hotel. The room needs to be refurbished. The interior of the hotel is very nice, though. The staff is also generally friendly and courteous.

The Shangri-La in KL has a famous buffet restaurant called Lemon Garden. It's one of the top buffet restaurants in town. The Shangri-La in Putrajaya has a much smaller restaurant that does buffet breakfast and dinner (not sure about lunch) that has a bit smaller variety but it's quite decent, especially when they have the barbecue buffet on weekends.
