Overall was a good stay except some minor issues on maintenance,F&B and turndown service which I have highlighted in the stay survey. The room has a “partially sea view” as it was blocked by many buildings Executive Lounge is back in operation from 2-10pm Urban Kitchen spread was good as usual including some local choices

Really good hotel, located in city centre, the staff very friendly and helpful, and I found a good GRAB driver show us around, he can speak Chinese as well, if anyone travel to borneo can find this driver or directly Whatsapp him +60128435750, he can do city tour, firefly tour or Kinabalu park tour and many more, next time will come back to borneo again.

The hotel bed is so comfy, with a very clean room. I love their breakfast because of its many choices. Gym and pool facilities are good, just too bad the steam spa is not opened for use during the time I was staying. Easily grab a taxi or Grab, so finding food for delivery or going elsewhere for dining has not been a challenge.

The staff were friendly. Kind of in the center of all touristic places. 10 min walk to the sea (you cant see the sea from the hotel). I felt safe staying there. Breakfast was above average, you get to taste local cuisines. The room was spacious. I found it a bit dusty. Did not like the toiletries because of lavender fragrance. There was no luggage weighing machine!

We stayed 1 week in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very nice decorated. The internet is very nice. Only thing is that the shower has very low pressure for a rain shower. The hotel design is also very nice and beautiful. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of different foods. It changes every day what I really liked. They also made fresh pancakes so every day I ordered fresh pancakes. We also had access to the executive lounge. Unfortunately they have moved the lounge to a dark room with not a lot of atmosphere. They have an amazing lounge that they closed would be nice to be in the original lounge. Also they did not do a mini canapé buffet during cocktail hour. They made a small plate for you. So it was a bit disappointed. The staff is very well trained if there was any problem it was solved within minutes. Overall had an pleasant stay there.…

I redeemed my points for this family trip. Took 2 rooms, one room was upgraded to a suite as i am a diamond member. Rooms were amazing as always, we also got invited to use the lounge for canapés for teatime. Highly recommended!
