I stayed here for 3 nights. I love the hotel furnishing and its modern look. The room was comfortable and the most memorable part was the very pleasant smell, cleanliness, the bathroom facilities, toiletries and the comfortable bed. I love the breakfast spread and it made me look forward to having it everyday. The fact that it borders the 1Borneo...

This hotel cannot be called Regency anything. Regency denotes regal and there is nothing regal about this hotel. It is tired and dirty and poorly looked after. I looked at the Meridien and the Hyatt and saw that local hotels can do a good job. I put something like this down to very poor management as it is very difficult to...

If you are thinking of booking this hotel, juz go ahead and choose another because it is totally disgusting. I booked 3 nights and the moment i checked in, the smell of the room has put it off. It smells of stale smoke although it is a smoke free room. The bedsheet has a shoe print and some hair and...

Travelling with small children the suite room is a good choice as the kids have lots of room to move around and play. Only downside was the housekeeping was terrible didnt bother to wipe the tables clean, every time they replace our towels they would just dump in on the bed some not even folded properly. For the whole stay...

I am currently staying at this hotel, checking in today (04.09.2016). It is a fairly standard hotel, but I have two complaints, both I would consider major. The parking lot. The hotel *has* a connection to the place where it let guests park their cars, but that door is locked and unmanned most of the time. If you have a...

Ambience Not too bad, we can see it as a New hotel, slowly entering into an older one IF they do not maintain or upgrade. You can see many bits of torn wallpapers or dusty corners. See photo, I uploaded a few of the interior bathroom with rusty parts and not well kept. Customer Services No comments, as expected. Good...

Dear LS-LR-DK-WL, I appreciate the constructive criticism on your travel experience with us at The Klagan Regency. We do admit that there has been a number of issues as of late, however the management is working to rectify these problems with the relevant departments. In terms of our staff service, sometimes we do falter and I apologize if the egg...

The location of the hotel is good if you plan to visit the nothern part of sabah in the morning. advantage: located next to 1Borneo and UMS. It is a bit far from the KK town. Condition: Room is big but the condition is not so good. There are some refurbishment that need to be made. Breakfast: variety of choices....

We were looking for a place to stay one night after climbing the Mount Kota Kinabalu and we had a nice offer for this hotel. I have to say i was a bit disappointed. First of all the location. It's quite outside the city center ... Regarding the room: they are big but quite old. The bathtub was damaged. Compare...

At first sight, the rooms look a bit worn out and the bath tub could be shinier. However, the bed is very comfortable, rooms are quiet and staff very friendly. Breakfast is excellent and generous. Very popular with Chinese mass tourism (as are basically all upscale hotels in KK), which can be a bit off-putting.
