Stayed with my husband and 2yo daughter. This hotel is attached to the one Borneo mall and the staffs was friendly and that's the only advantage. The breakfast has not much choice and was not good. The hotel lobby was under maintenance. Very noisy place. I expected a better breakfast for the price I paid. Quite a distance from main...

When the guests coming down from the vehicles. They do nothing. They just stand and talk. What kind of staff is that? Parking not even FREELY provided. IF the parking enough for guests. RM10 PER ENTRY. Imagine if we have to went out for a while. We have to pay so many time for a parking?

It was a short but pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay. The receptionist was courteos and informative, and check-in was smooth. The hotel lobby was bright and clean. It was very convenient to find food or shopping as the hotel is connected to 1Borneo shopping mall via the lobby. It only takes 15-20 minutes to the city centre and 30...

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only the duty manager failed to understand customer needs or what was going on. A booking for a tour to see Borneo wildlife, had to be cancelled when the person who took the booking went off duty and nobody else knew anything about it when I showed up at reception to pay...

I visited 5 years ago and sadly like everyone we age including me ! Then it was brand spanking new .. Well it's wearing well .. still wonderful staff , great location being attached to a wonderful shopping mall and only 20 minutes to the city center by free courtesy bus from the mall ... seems this part of town...

Stayed here for a school trip in between August and September. Room is rather small but clean. The hotel is connected to 1Borneo so you don't really have to worry about food or to shop. They also have karaoke and unexpectedly a swimming pool. Breakfast was decent, but I'd probably stay here again someday.

I'm not a fan! Firstly I mistakenly booked a gallery room as this sounded nice in the description and was more expensive, however "internal views" means no window, not a courtyard as a expected. During negotiations with the reception staff, I found them unwilling to help or listen. I then found my own way to my 'no window' room to...

Standard room, altough king sized bed, the room is too small. Bathroom ok but slippery. They didnt give us bottled water on day 2.the worst is parking. Hundreds of guest and i saw there were maybe 10-15 parking space provided. So if you go with car, be prepared to sort that out. Overall, ok for a night or two stay.

I stay here one night for business trip with my family. I got one standard room. The room is very small. Hard to move around with kids. Thumb up for clean toilet and good amenities. But I found some rubbish and dust under my bed. Maybe the housekeeping didn't clean the room properly. The food in morning breakfast is excellent,...

We booked a week at the Grand Borneo but checked out after one night. It's quite far from the town and the beaches (which was our fault), but the room, breakfast and flippant attitude of the staff ensured we left as soon as possible. Our room had faulty dangerous electrics, a broken shower and no light bulb in the only...
