Lovely little hotel really close to everything. We stayed here for two nights prior to heading to Gaya Island. Within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows were really plush. Very clean overall and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended budget accommodation.

Staff were so friendly and helpful from the first welcome. Aircon are you enter the reception is very welcoming! Stayed on the 6th floor and the room was large with spacious bathroom and a/c too. Situated beside the central market and close to all the necessary amenities in the town of KK. Went on a trip to Mari Mari Cultural Village and they ordered the grab taxi to ensure we didn't pay over the odds for the minibus pricing! Thank you! Happy with our choice of accommodation -thank you!

We stayed here for a night, everything is fine, room is comfortable and clean, walking distance to Gaya Street, the front office staffs are friendly and helpful. Only downside is at night, it was pretty noisy due to the karaoke nearby, it can clearly hear from my room, and the wall of next door is pretty thin, so if you have noisy neighbor, you probably will not have a good night sleep. but overall is fine.

This is the best hotel in this price range we ever stayed in. The whole hotel is really clean, quiet and the staff is always very friendly. The rooms are big enough with comfy beds and they are thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is located 5 minutes by foot from gaya Street where you can find great restaurants and shops. There's nothing to complain about this hotel.

Loved this hotel. The service was amazing. The rooms were cozy and the beds were super comfortable. They were very clean. And was in the middle of town. Would stay there again for sure! It was always really easy to catch a grab and walking to the waterfront was only maybe a 7 min walk where there were some great pubs with live music

My husband and I spent 4 nights total here at two different times during our trip to Sabah. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and when we returned we almost felt we were visiting friends! They were great and stored our luggage for us while we traveled in Sabah. The bed was quite comfortable and air conditioning was good. The building, common areas and rooms were very clean and the WiFi worked well. The location was close to the Sunday market and several restaurants.

Newly renovated little hotel. Rooms are very well thought through design-wise and so comfortable. But what is best: the staff. So lovely, friendly and extremely helpful, you don't need to ask, you get all the help offered pro-activly! Thanks for your hospitality!!
