1) Great coffee shop at next store. 2) Room has open shelf for clothes. 3) Shower room and toilet are in 1 room, wash basin too small. 4) No slippers in room, can feel cold floor. 5) No TV remotes, only 1 channel. 6) No hair shampoo. 7) Bed frame not sturdy. Bed sheets not clean enough. 8) Need new paint for rooms.

We stayed here on the first day directly from the airport. We took the family room. it was a bit small but enough for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). No towels or toiletries provided. however, the condition was generally clean and environment was ok. For the price paid I would say that it is fair and a worthwhile stay. strategic location with laundry services, atm, food and attractions nearby.

The hotel was located besides the Kampung Air Taxi Station. Quite strategic location for those who want to get a pubic transport (Taxi/Airport Bus). Very convenience to visit the interesting place in Kota Kinabalu since it was located at the city center. All interest location are reachable by walking distance. The room was quite comfortable with clean room and free wifi was just moderate speed and it is also equipped with TV inside the room.

The first thing I noticed when I checked in the room was the missing handle locks on both windows, though I'm not too bothered by this. But within minutes later, the receptionist came to my room with another room key, informing me about the missing handle locks, asking me if I would prefer another room instead. I told her I'm okay with the room. No need to move to another room. My first night was comfortable enough for me to extend my stay for another day. On the second day, at around 7.30pm, the receptionist rang my room telling me their maintenance man want to come to room to fix the window handle locks. I was rather surprised by this. Obviously the hotel management is concerned by this, although I have told them I'm not bothered by this. This is a plus about this hotel. They placed priority on their guest safety. Another plus, is the overall cleanliness of the room. Don't let the outside, which looks like a run down building, fools you.The receptionists are all very friendly. Overall, I stayed for three comfortable nights. Will definitely check in to this hotel again when in my next visit.

Surprised to find the rooms clean and tidy even from outside it looks like a run down budget hotel. A very convenient place with so many local foods around. The famous Wong Kok restaurant is right beside the hotel serving chinese food round the clock. Stayed for 4 nights n visitted the surrounding places. Night Gaya market were held every Sunday night. The hotel is located right beside the Taxi stand and can just hope over to the opposite coffee shop for your cheap beers.

Small, basic rooms but always clean. Great location. 24 hour restaurant next door. I stay regularly when travelling from KK. Free wifi is good, recently improved....even HBO tv channel available now.....close to the bus station and taxi rank. Walking distance to most places in centre of KK. 10 minutes to waterfront.
