Although it's small but nice room & comfortable. I like it. I will come again. But if the prize reduce a bit. I definitely will recommend my family and friends. Because very close to Gaya street. Easy to find food ^o^ and shopping....shopping.

We stayed here for 5 nights, reception staff don't seem overly bothered but will reluctantly help when asked, cleaning staff were really friendly though and always greeted you with a 'good morning' and a nice smile. The bedroom itself was a good enough size, clean with fresh linen, the shower was lovely and hot and powerful! Location was fine, slightly...

It's just about ok for a night. Nothing special. For a dbl on 5th floor with window I paid 118 MYR. No breakfast. Clean but cramped-two people would find it very squashed. Agreed, the bed is comfy, but there no chairs so where do you sit? The staff found my request for a chair very puzzling but eventually provided a...

We only stayed for one night at the DeGalleria, but we can safely say that the rooms are fantastic and the beds are ridiculously comfy. Unfortunately there was a mix up when booking my room, as the Agoda app had malfunctioned and booked the wrong day, and the reception staff were not very helpful when I realised this mistake had...

...are the benefits of this hotel. The staff helped us ring a tour company (even though it wasn't one of their preferred providers), print out some documents that we needed and organise a taxi to the airport. They were extremely polite and helpful. The location is close to town. The rooms are clean but tiny and very dated, and it...

Jake and I stayed at De Galleria for 6 nights while we explored Kota Kinabalu. We initially booked 3 nights and once we had checked in and stayed the night we extended our stay. Overall De Galleria is a very good budget hotel to use as a base while in Kota Kinabalu. We paid 118 RM (£24) for a double...

Booked through Agoda at RM185.60 for two nights. Hotel service is very accommodating, the check in & out process quite fast (they don't require the deposit upon check in. Reception and housekeeping staff are friendly. We got a room with no window for that price. The room is very clean except that it is a bit small for us, maybe...

A basic budget Hotel in a good location. Opposite the night markets and within walking distance to most things and the taxi stand is close by if you want to venture out. The room was small as to be expected for the price but clean and the a/c worked well. The location can be noisy at times as others have...

I stayed here for 3 nights, check in was fast, location is good, out of my window i could see the transformation from the car park at daytime, changing to the night market. Plenty of shops, restaurants nearby, the 'center point' shopping mall is 5 mins. Taxi's sit near the hotel, so everything is reachable within a few minutes. A...

I paid some more to book a room with windows (deluxe), most others are windowless and they look ok as well. My room is on 4/F overlooking a carpark at daytime which changes into a market selling watches clothings etc at night or Sunday morning. Quite noisy but better after 11pm. The room is clean, functional, air con quiet and...
