Rooms are small but hotel were very clean and new. Most hotel along Gaya Street for the same price are usually old, tired and dirty so I would say this would be the best option to stay. Front desk staff were also friendly and the place felt safe. Recommended many people to stay and they all agreed that this is... More

We chose to rest in KK Suited before heading to Mantanani Besar the next day. Since we were preparing to go on the island, so we didn't spend much time in the room itself. But the shower closure wasn't closed all the way and whenever you shower all the water sprays over the bathroom. The room we got was originally... More

Stayed here for two nights (you only need one in KK but I had a late transfer in). It's pretty basic, the Rough Guide said it had a cafe in the lobby but it doesn't. No breakfast is included. Two boys were manning the desk when I got there, easy check in. Given wifi codes but it's very patchy and... More

I love the way the staff handle the guest. They are very helpful and friendly, most importantly rich in smile. The room is quite small but still acceptable. Clean toilet. Strategic location and plenty of delicious food to eat around. Recommended to all.

This hotel is just at the Gaya Street, famous Satay and beef noodles, rooms are small but unique, comfy bed and nice bathroom, although the mini air-con will have to take sometimes to get cold, friendly staffs and overall, it's a modern room and i will definitely recommend it to my friends.

My partner and I have spent three nights here on separate occasions in a double room that met expectations both times. The double room was well appointed with everything that you need including decent aircon, comfortable bedding, hot water and modern bathroom, spacious room with many plugs to charge all electronics, and friendly front office staff who are always willing... I come to KK a lot because I pass through on my way to Danum Valley, where I do my research. As a PhD student on a budget, I've tried some of the other hotels in KK which are a similar price, and there's just no comparison. I don't know why more people don't come here! I've been telling all... More
